It’s not a Surplus It’s A “Lessifit”

I want the Goose That Laid the Golden Egg NOW Daddy!Landigren rolled out the surplus meme again in last Sunday’s Telegraph. Trust me it’s intentional. Lynch just bought more government durring a recession, and then mortgaged the state some more but still could not claim fiscal parity. So he ran begging to his sugar daddy in the federal government for another hit, you know–just to get by. But it doesn’t solve the problem (even if the government gave him the cash) it would just kick it down the road at home and move the debt from one had to the other. It’s either Lynch dollars or Obama Dollars–neither is real and they are all debts that must come due. Lynch is just trying to hide his incompetence with someone elses. Nice leadership.

Did some revenue estimate come closer than planned? Yup. But that’s not a surplus. That’s less of a defict. It’s a lessifit. The democrats still threw an air ball it just missed the net by six feet instead of ten. If that’s a surplus then we can’t get these idiots out of Concord fast enough.

Meanwhile the methods used to limit the mortgaging of New Hampshire’s future are becoming clearer. The deficit we have (or Lessifit if you like) would have been even bigger had Lynch and the democrat legislature not shifted some 117 million onto the backs of the towns. Take that 117 million in state spending back (minus the Lessifit) and the Lynchifit grows to almost 350 million.

So the only surplus coming from this state government is a surplus of BS which they are shoveling over the scandals, incompetence, secret special interest donor meetings, and debt. And the media seems more than happy to help them hide it.
