Repealing the licensing requirement to carry a concealed gun has a strong change of passing the Legislature. Unlike Hassan, Sununu is likely to sign it.

That would be Kathleen Ronayne in a piece in the Concord Monitor, Right to work, education reform top GOP priorities in N.H., listing some topics on which the upcoming legislature will be concentrating.  In that one line, she brings up the cognitive dissonance that most Progressives (including Ronayne) see here in NH – “It also sees less gun crime than most other states.” Sacre bleu – how can this be?  How can individuals behave properly WITHOUT the steady Hand of government at the helm of everyone’s lives?

I first saw the questionaire that the Trump Transition over at WWUT (Watts Up With That?) – somebody did their homework very, VERY well.  From my standpoint, it is WELL overdue to start asking serious and very pointed questions of the Federal bureaucracy about what they do, why they do it, how much it is costing and most important: Where does your authority to do “stuff” and spending OUR money while doing it, issuing legislative rules how we are to live and most important:

From where comes the authority to do these things?  Name the statute(s)!

RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.)

You know, I REALLY like this idea, given that Hillary Clinton is a YUGE Saul Alinsky disciple – right up there with Obama and the SEIU.  She called half the nation “deplorables and irredeemables”.  This idea will be a big poke in Hillary’s eye (and tangentially, Obama as well) (emphasis mine):

As many have already said, this will be the subject of many panels, articles, and books going forward over the next few years.  Here’s one of the Democrat elites – a former First Lady, US Senator, Secretary of State.  Fully loaded with a $1.2 Billion war chest, she lost to someone who spent half that amount.  Here is one take on why – an inability to either read the electorate and what motivated them to vote for Trump, or giving off an air of “I’m taking you for granted OVER other groups” – or both. Diane Hessan believes she knows why; I took it to be that Democrats browbeat a large swath of the electorate in believing that they HAD to continue to support Democrat identity groups financially even over their own families and when THEIR times get hard (after all, it’s for the COMMON good and not necessarily your’s – WHAT, are you a RACIST / HOMOPHOBE / MISOGYNIST / XENOPHOBE???  Silence, or we’ll [figuratively] kill you!).  Emphasis from Newsbusters:

As I noted (again), the Left sees all of us not with them as deplorable and irredeemable – and are upset that we won’t give our votes to them, the “rightful governors”.  While those were Hillary’s approved words (probably focused grouped a few times and completely vetted by several layers of her campaign staff because that’s how it is done).

Jonathan Chait is an uber-Leftist blogger.  That’s fine but once again, we see the new sense of openness of how they really view us.  They are telling us EXACTLY what they think of us:
