Certainly that has been much spilled on the Left about Town Clerk Davis “not following the Law” (and yes, much discussion on the Right as well, tempered with religious liberty), yet as this from the OC Register points out, it is under this Leftist administration, the Rule of Law for those in power seems to have been diminished in the light of that Party’s name and hyper-partisanship that is existent right now (emphasis mine):

Already, her aide-de-camp Huma Abedin   (wife to pervert Anthony Weiner, disgraced Congressman who texted naked pictures of himself) has been summarily cleared by Obama’s DOJ on a number of counts – you really think her boss is going to be indicted?  How about the IRS and the cover ups over the Lois Lerner’s targeting of the TEA Party?  Or Fast and Furious?  Or now, the EPA’s toxic mistake at the Gold King mine release of 3 million gallons of mine waste to the Animas river, used for irrigation and potable water – anyone even going to get fired for this?

I doubt it – to the winner goes the political spoils or so it seems.

I saw an elderly Italian woman in a car that was surrounded by the immigrants. They pulled her by the hair out of the car and wanted to use it to go to Germany. They tried to topple the bus i was in. They threw feces at us, banging on the door for the driver to open it, spat on the glass. My question is- for what purpose? How do they want to assimilate in Germany? For a moment, i felt like in a warzone. I really feel sorry for these people, but if they would reach Poland – I do not think they would receive any understanding from us.

The plain text flyer continued by informing readers that the Danish Parliament has just passed a regulation to reduce social benefits for newly arrived refugees by up to 50 percent. It then listed six other obstacles refugees would face, including a language requirement to obtain permanent residence and a waiting period of at least five years.

In addition, the ad informs readers that “foreign nationals granted temporary protection in Denmark will not have the right to bring family members to Denmark during the first year.”

The current Law:

1. A legal FFL (e.g. gun shop) must have all buyers fill out a Form 4473 which asks if that person is legally able to purchase the firearm. If a purchaser marks that they are a prohibited person, the FFL is not to sell the firearm under Federal Penalty of REALLY REALLY bad outcomes.
2. A legal FFL must also put the buyer through the Federal NICS system which is supposed to tell the seller if the purchaser is ineligible to do so.  Yes, consider “screwed” to the FFL to continue the sal.
3. A private seller, under Federal penalty, cannot sell to someone that they know is ineligible to legally posses a firearm – up to 10 years in the klink if you do so.

So, what does Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) do?  In the light of the recent murder of Gov. Cuomo (D-NY)’s lawyer at a NYC festival, he decides to create a bill that:

• Makes it illegal for an FFL to knowingly sell a firearm to a prohibited person
• Make it illegal for a private citizen to sell a firearm to a prohibited person

You may have heard on the news about a Southern California man who was put under 72-hour psychiatric observation when it was found he owned 100 guns and allegedly had 100,000 rounds of ammunition stored in his home [not shown]. The house also featured a secret escape tunnel. By Southern California standards, someone owning 100,000 rounds is considered “mentally unstable.”

• In Arizona, he’d be called “an avid gun collector.”
• In Arkansas, he’d be called “a novice gun collector.”
• In Utah, he’d be called “moderately well prepared,” but they’d probably reserve judgment until they made sure that he had a corresponding quantity of stored food.”

The immigrants were upset about their living conditions and the failure of authorities to issue residence permits. Immigrants in Veneto refused to eat the pasta provided by local officials. They wanted to be fed food from their home countries. They [sic] immigrants then slashed the staff workers’ tires.

Just a “thank you for your assistance”, eh? Sounds just like some of the illegal immigrants here in the US – they come unasked, get upset when they are not serviced according to THEIR standards (as opposed to what the country that is being invaded can do).  It is that “to be fed food from their home countries” as opposed to the native foods of their host country (and here, DEMAND citizenship to which they are not entitled – they don’t want to EARN it, just have it given to them…something about a Right or somesuch).

That’s what flashed through my head when I read this in Kimberly’s post on Jeanne Shaheen’s endorsing Hillary “Bathroom Server” Clinton (Bathroom Server – sorta gives “wiping clean” a whole new meaning):

Pink, red – every color to me gets translated to primary one and bright primary Red historically didn’t stand for American Exceptionalism (one of the great Alinskyite tricks of all time by forcing “red” to be Republican).  Red ha stood for and has been the primary color in every Communist flag since Marx.  Too bad our young’uns don’t get that (heck, I bet they don’t even know which President brought the Berlin Wall down, signifying end of the Soviet hegemony).

The news came out today that President Obama did a partial end run (AHgain!) around Congress by issuing yet another Executive Order – and yet again poking Government’s nose, not under but through the tent wall of the private sector.  In this case, telling Federal contractors that they WILL be paying employees for paid sick leave.  Of course, the hit was on the GOP was on not getting on board with this yet another fascist / socialist trend of Government controlling private companies.  This struck me from our Labor Secretary in praising the Order and taunting the GOP:
