Yesterday in Jacksonville, a 24-year-old Baltimore man decided to murder multiple people during a video-game tournament. Within minutes of the murders being announced, the “Gun Control Now” crowd was demanding more gun control without knowing a single fact about the murderer. Once again, they were dipping their hands in the blood of victims in order to push their agenda.

Governor Sununu to NH Women: Shut Up and Sit Down
Today, Republican Governor Chris Sununu decided to stand with an out-of-state multi-millionaire rather than New Hampshire women when he signed House Bill 1319 (HB 1319), aka the ‘Gender Identity’ bill. This, despite the fact that an overwhelming majority of Granite Staters asked him to veto the legislation after demanding the legislation be killed in the senate in the first place.
It seems Sununu is more interested in out-of-state special interest groups with a lot of money rather than the ramifications this legislation will have to New Hampshire women. This legislation allows any man who claims to be a woman to be considered as such in public policy; therefore, essentially erasing women.
The ramifications of this legislation to women have been documented over and over and over, everything from domestic abuse shelters to rape centers to homeless women’s shelters to women’s and girls’ sports but pay no attention to the man behind the dress, wimminfolk in the Granite State are just going to have keep their mouths shut.

I’ve been saying it for months and proving it out with factual evidence but apparently that hasn’t been good enough for some Republican men OR New Hampshire’s male Republican Governor. The goal of House Bill 1319 (HB 1319) aka ‘Gender Identity’ legislation, is to change the definition of woman in public policy and under the law.

Overwhelming Bipartisan Defeat of Marsy’s Law in New Hampshire
Yesterday, the New Hampshire House of Representatives voted on the CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 22 (CACR 22), RELATING TO: rights for crime victims, also known as “Marsy’s Law.” In an overwhelming bipartisan defeat, the house voted 284 – 51 against Marsy’s Law and changing the New Hampshire Constitution. They also voted to “indefinitely postpone” this amendment being brought up again.
On the outset, Marsy’s Law seems like a no brainer – give victims constitutional rights. How could anyone possibly oppose something that helps victims? Many legislators signed on in support based on what they were told by the paid lobbyists for the constitutional amendment. As with anything “too good to be true,” the devil was in the details and that’s where Marsy’s Law fails, in every aspect.
Millionaire Pushing ‘Gender Identity’ Bill in NH Wants to ‘Punish’ Anyone Who Disagrees
Next week, the New Hampshire Senate will be voting on House Bill 1319 (HB 1319), AN ACT prohibiting discrimination based on gender identity. The legislation was voted “Inexpedient To Legislate” and to “Interim Study” by the Senate Judiciary Committee on April 24th. This legislation was defeated last year by the New Hampshire House of Representatives when it was introduced as House Bill 478.
The out-of-state organization (Super PAC) pushing this legislation is being funded by a man from Colorado who recently stated that his goal is to “punish the wicked” by passing laws that will infringe upon Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion and of course Women’s Rights. Tim Gill is a multi-millionaire gay activist who has been funding LGBT legislation for years.
NH’s Gender Identity Bill Will Essentially ‘Erase’ Women and Girls
On Monday, the New Hampshire Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing for House Bill 1319 (HB 1319), AN ACT prohibiting discrimination based on gender identity.
Proponents of the legislation claim trans people don’t have protection against discrimination in the Granite State which has already been proven untrue. In fact, trans people have been using existing discrimination laws to sue when necessary for almost two decades.
The out-of-state organization that decided to push the “Trans Bill” in New Hampshire willfully ignores this fact and spreads falsehoods around the state that trans people don’t have the same protections as everyone else in the state. They spent last year smearing the Granite State with their lies.
Everyone has the individual right to believe whatever they want of themselves but what this legislation does is essentially erase the very definition of women and girls in public policy. By allowing anyone who simply feels like they are a woman or a girl to actually be defined as such, the true definition of womanhood and girlhood is absolutely erased.
NH Democrats Prove How Much They Hate Tax Cuts
Today, Ivanka Trump and U.S. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin came to New Hampshire to talk about President Trump’s tax plan on “Tax Day.” The two were talking about the benefits of the tax plan that was put into place by the Republican-controlled Congress (not one of New Hampshire’s Democrat representatives voted for their constituents to keep more of their own hard-earned money, not Jeanne Shaheen, Maggie Hassan, Annie Kuster or Carol Shea-Porter).
New Hampshire Democrats weren’t very happy about this visit. They seem to hate that Granite Staters actually get to keep more of their own hard-earned money.

Portsmouth Gun Control Rally: Gun Bans, Hypocrisy and Lies! Oh My!
Today, several left-wing organizations in New Hampshire and Maine held a gun control rally in Portsmouth’s Market Square. The rally was part of a larger Astroturf movement (paid gun grabbers) across the country for people to demand the government take their rights away.
The irony is that it was “The Resistance Seacoast” who were headlining the event in Portsmouth. The very same women who want to “resist Trump” because they believe he is so vile that they feel “unsafe” yet are demanding he take their fundamental human right to self-defense away. It seems to be lost on the crowd in attendance.
Gun control addicts ascended upon “Red Square” from Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. It was quite the sight, including all the Portsmouth Police Officers who were armed and protecting the First Amendment rights of the protesters.
NH Dems use Drama to Push ANTI-School Safety Gun Control
Yesterday, in typical uninformed and ignorant Democrat fashion, Anti-school safety New Hampshire Senate Democrats tried to push a draconian gun control amendment that would have left students more unprotected than they are now all while turning law-abiding citizens into criminals. They did it as if they were a high school drama club rather than adults who have been elected to make laws that govern Granite Staters.
The amendment was brought forth by Senator Martha Hennessey who promptly embarrassed herself on the senate floor, going so far as to say that putting drug free zone signs at schools don’t make drug dealers go to the schools. In other words, she was saying that putting gun free zone signs at schools isn’t going to make criminals target those schools. Those watching were waiting for Hennessey to begin jumping up and down in “Veruca Salt” fashion at any moment.
Republicans Push to Protect NH Girls and Women from ‘Female Genital Mutilation’

Yesterday, the New Hampshire Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on House Bill 1739 (HB 1739), AN ACT prohibiting female genital mutilation. The hearing was led by testimony from the bill’s main sponsor, Representative Victoria Sullivan (R-Manchester).
Sullivan spoke about the barbaric practice and explained that female genital mutilation (FGM) is not a religious-based practice but that it is cultural based:
According to the World Health Organization, there is no medical reason to have this procedure. It is considered a human rights violation. FGM is not a religious ritual as is commonly thought. In fact, it pre-dates most organized religion. This is a cultural practice that mutilates the genitals of young girls as a way to control their sexuality. This barbaric procedure often results in severe bleeding, lifelong problems urinating, infections, painful intercourse, cysts later in life, complications in childbirth, increased risk of newborn fatalities and death of the mother during delivery.
Sullivan’s goal is to protect young girls from this horrific practice that is both physically and emotionally damaging to them for the rest of their lives.
WALKOUT: Not All NH Students Fell Prey to the Left’s Political Agenda
Yesterday, there was a “National Walkout Day” held by students across the country. The walkout was supposedly to remember the 17 students who were killed in Parkland, Florida. While many students did indeed honor these students, others chose to use the walkout to push for gun control.
These students have every right to be frustrated and angry that their government completely failed to protect them, over and over again. There were armed guards at the school but they weren’t at the door, watching as students came into the building. The police who showed up at the shooting, didn’t even go into the building to stop the killer. Yes, these students have every right to be angry.
Unfortunately, their anger has been co-opted and re-directed by the left. Rather than direct them to demand they be protected like court houses, state houses and congress, the left is pushing them to demand more gun control on law-abiding citizens and the Women’s March, who has completely co-opted the “movement,” is actually telling students to demand they become LESS safe in their schools.
ANTI-School Safety Proponents Push Gun Control in NH Education Bill
Today, a hearing was held before the New Hampshire Senate Education Committee on an amendment to Senate Bill 357 (SB 357 – irony noted), AN ACT relative to safe school zones and relative to syringe service programs. The purpose of the legislation appears to allow a syringe program if requested by a school district.
Democrat Senator Martha Hennessey (District 05) is the sole sponsor of the amendment which attempts to give local school boards the ability to put gun control laws into place:
Allowing school boards to determine whether or not to prohibit the possession of firearms in A safe school zone.
Essentially, this amendment, if it were to pass, could cause law-abiding citizens to become criminals dependent solely upon decisions made by a local school board which would differ from school district to school district.
