Two years ago, we discovered something interesting. If you ask too many questions about Taxpayer-owned Gunstock Resort, huge sums are spent, and pressure is brought to oust anyone in elected or appointed office who asks those questions. Suspicious?
Friday’s mail brought an anonymous missive following regarding the apparent misuse of public funds by outgoing Gunstock General Manager Tom Day, who, it appears, used the Gunstock postage meter for postage to mail some type of personal payment from him to the City of Portland, Maine.
Still catching up on a few things and hopefully, this post will catch up on all the details of this saga until the actual court hearing happens. Last time, it was set for November 29 and I arrived at Laconia District Court ready to video the proceedings (set for a 1/2 hour).

The victim also is trying to get a Temporary Restraining Order (Stalking Order) against Doug Lambert when she filed charges for the Simple Assault.
