Welcome to your Tuesday, June 16th, 2026, Morning update.
You remember Merrick Garland’s infamous memo, the one where he sicked the FBI on parents. Actually, here’s a little montage from GraniteGrok.com. We definitely covered this.
Montage
Mask and vaccine mandates, remote learning. Terrorizing them over a virus over which they had nothing to fear. Actually had more to fear from the treatment than the actual virus, and the porn.
That parents objected to, that you couldn’t read in a room full of adults at a school board meeting, but that was perfectly acceptable to leave access to or give to children in a school setting. Mr. Garland didn’t like that parents were pushing back, so he authored a memo on October 4th, 2021. But
Before that memo ever hit daylight, apparently there was some pushback
Apparently, FBI Deputy Assistant Director Jay Greenberg emailed the office of the Deputy Attorney General stating the FBI had some concern. He requested additional time to engage before messaging about the famous memo went out.
Someone at DOJ also fretted, I don’t think it’s possible to state how strongly I object to this. It will completely and totally nuke our election threats efforts and will damage the reputation of the public integrity section in the bargain. One top DOJ official wrote in an email, it’s like they’re affirmatively trying to make this thing not work and look political.
Did you forget where you were working and who you were working for?
The National Sheriff’s Association reached out to officials in the Associate Deputy Attorney General’s office, stating that its sheriffs have not heard any concerns about threats to local school boards and that it would have been nice to have had a heads-up.
You probably have your own stories. You’ve probably shared some on social media or seen them.
About parents or taxpayers who were arrested or removed, and it was awful, and they were toxic and intolerant and obnoxious and rude and intolerant. Did I say intolerant? They were very intolerant.
But I read this thing, and this is what stood out. Apparently, Merrick Garland said this. Threats against public servants are not only illegal, but they also run counter to our nation’s core values.
Any of you want to remind all the protesters and rioters and ICE out people,
Did I say, rioters? I think I did. Yes. Does anybody want to talk to them about threatening public servants, doxing public servants, actually interfering with and obstructing federal agents in the course of enforcing laws, actual laws, not just ideas or theories or desires,
Laws that if you don’t like them, we have a process to change them. It’s called democracy. It’s part of the constitutional republic. I guess we could say that we’re happy Merrick Garland isn’t on the US Supreme Court, but
Nobody really cares about that anymore. What you should care about is that Merrick Garland said threats against public servants are not only illegal, they run counter to our nation’s core values. Rub that in the face of some Proglodytes Democrat candidates between now and November.
That’s it for today. We’ll talk to you tomorrow.
