Welcome to your Monday, Groktober nineteenth, 2026 morning update.
Democrats don’t care about what’s just or right or fair. They just want to be in charge. And if at all possible, in perpetuity.
Reason enough to keep them out of office, but human beings can be weak and lazy, and the promise of free and easy living at someone else’s expense is quite alluring. But it is the siren’s call that will crash the ship of American exceptionalism on the jagged rocks of Democrat socialism.
There is no such thing as a free ride. Everything the government gives you it can take away, because there’s no money tree, no pot of riches at the end of any rainbow. And what money there is comes with strings attached, at the end of which is the bill.
One of the few things protecting you from these evil schemes is the American Constitutional Republic. The current system is no guarantee of perpetual progressive power so the Proglodytes need to change it. They wanna fudge the system to their advantage.
The easiest way is to add enough justices to the US Supreme Court so that there is almost always a liberal majority. One that would see a path to disarming law-abiding citizens. Silencing once-protected speech. Making abortion a federal mandate instead of a state choice. And scores of other really bad ideas that are bad for you., liberty, natural rights, and freedom.
And a thirteen-seat liberal Supreme Court can do what Democrats can’t seem to do using regular democracy, the republic, and Congress.

During the Obama years, they used to have NGOs sue the federal government, and the federal government would say no contest and write them a big fat check. That was one of the ways that they funded these activist groups who would then go out into the world and do their bidding.
In this case, they could ride some preferred progressive policy all the way to the US Supreme Court, where the court would vote, to make whatever it was, into a law without getting democracy involved at all.
A packed court could lead to the abolishing of the Electoral College, which would basically erase small states and everybody who doesn’t live in a big city.
The White House would almost, and forever, be in Democrat control.
Making liberal DC and Puerto Rico into states would probably give them a permanent majority in the US Senate, and open borders and birthright citizenship would eventually lead to them having an unassailable majority in the US House.
If that doesn’t concern you, ask why people are fleeing blue states in droves. And why would you vote for or not vote against something that would basically turn the entire nation into one big blue state? Nobody could escape.
People with money and means would find a way to leave, taking with them their companies, their jobs, their investment capital, their intellectual capital, leaving the rest of us to suck it up.
This is not conspiracy or conjecture. The DSA and Marxist Islamists are consuming the Democrat Party. They may lie about their objectives, but their intentions are obvious.
They want to ensure that they can secure the one-party state, which would be the end of the United States,
The end of natural rights and the end of the potential that America represents to the rest of the world as a place where you can show up with nothing and if you work hard and embrace the culture, become incredibly successful. Not just somebody else’s idea of successful, but yours.
And of course, ironically, once achieved, the Democrat one-party state would have to close the borders, [to] keep the interlopers out and the taxpayers in.
To borrow from local podcaster Allison Dyer, elections have consequences.
Every single one of them.
