Oh, sorry, I got confused. Here’s yet another case of politics invading sports – NO ESCAPISM FOR YOU! I thought this was funny – the TreeHugger folks should be all over this for the “un-sustainability for this Fast Fashion” moment:

After the first four nights, a player can simply go back to their last name. If they choose to continue showing a social message, their name would go below the number.
So some kid in some sweatshop is breaking their knuckles for haute couture for some self-absorbed highly paid men playing a game that will wear them 4 whole days (at probably 2-3 hours per).
Back to the SJW / BLM approved “name changes”. I’m betting that “School Reform” is NOT the kind of reform that I want my Grandson to go through. But there was one that was new to me: Group Economics. I googled it and it seems that we’re returning back to ethno-specificity days. Simply put, during the last couple of big immigrations, those that came over from “the old Country” (e.g., Italians, Irish, Swedes, et al) would band together, pool resources, and help member in that group in bootstrapping themselves.
Sidenote: Oh wait! Am I even allowed to use the word “bootstrapping” anymore as it’s an example of that stupidity of the thin-skinned / looking-to-be-offended weaklings’ “micro-aggression” now infesting the rest of our Society where most of us do that “adulting” thingie. Just “man up” willya? Oopsies, I just did it again!

Sidenote: Is it black communities but white communities? Or Black communities and white communities? Why not White communities? Asian or asian? I swear the styleguides keep changing almost as fast as the list of micro-aggressions do: LGBT, LGBTQ, LGBTQIA, LGBTWTH???? Anyways, I used t be a big NBA fan back in high school and college. Even early in my regular career, I’d watch the Celtics all the time. I was thinking of pickin up that habit again, but no longer.
Another instance of the Politically Correct Police ruining yet another pastime…why would I want to give these “in-my-face holier-than-thou players turned Left-leaning SJWs” my eyeballs that do nothing but insult a good number of their audience because they’re tired of being hectored for stuff they haven’t done?
