James Clapper has admitted that he was under orders from President Barack Obama to investigate Donald Trump during the 2016 election. Not Democrats and foreign powers who were colluding to interfere in Mr. Trump’s chances, but into Mr. Trump.

James Comey was “…running a covert operation against” the President (in the White House)
Inspector General Michael Horowitz’ report is due out by September, and it doesn’t look good. Especially for James Comey. He appears to have been running a spying operation in the White House.
Facebook Monitors Offline Behavior to Determine if You Are a “Hate Agent”
Someone inside Facebook has provided Breitbart News with a document titled “Hate Agent Policy Review.” It describes the circumstances by which the Social Media giant might declare you an agent of hate and filter you accordingly.
Trump Declassifies Documents Democrats Would Rather Remain Redacted
If you have not followed the Democrats Redaction-declassification bouncing ball, we’re here to help. First, redactions were bad and then they were good. Post Mueller, Redactions were bad and now that Trump has authorized declassification of some documents redactions are good again.
IG Report Will Find FISA Warrants to Spy on Trump Illegally Obtained
The word on the street is that James Comey and John Brennan are starting a flame war with each other (Andrew McCabe too) and Vegas odds seem likely. People are going to prison. Whoever flips first has the best odds of a better deal.
Obama DoJ Never Held FISA Hearings for Warrants to Spy on Trump Campaign
Obama’s Justice Department has admitted that it never held any hearings to get permission to surveil Carter Page, as a means to spy on an opposition party Presidential campaign.
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today announced that in response to a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, the Justice Department (DOJ) admitted in a court filing last night that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court held no hearings on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) spy warrant applications targeting Carter Page, a former Trump campaign part-time advisor who was the subject of four controversial FISA warrants.
Why Wasn’t Feinstein Spied On When the FBI Discovered her Driver was a Chinese Mole
A few years ago the FBI notified a ranking US Senator on the Intelligence committee that her long-time Chinses driver was, in fact, a spy. The individual was fired though we’ve no idea how many sensitive conversations they shared over those many years.
I bring this up because that’s what the FBI does, or did until they discovered ‘Carter Page’ a man accused of having ties to the Kremlin when he was in the orbit of the Trump campaign.
Trump Said the Government Was Spying on His Campaign and He Was Right
Remember when the media and the Democrats (sorry for repeating myself) called Trump a conspiracy theorist and whackjob for claiming his campaign was being spied on? How much time did they spend on that particular story, we may never know, but Trump was right.
The Obama Administration was spying on the campaign of a political opponent to assist his Democrat opponent.

Notable Quote and then some….
“In framing a government which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: you must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself. A dependence on the people is, no doubt, the primary control on the government; but experience has taught mankind the necessity of auxiliary precautions.” — James Madison, Federalist #51.Via Ace – read the whole thing:
The IRS scandal as an example of runaway organizational culture
Organizations large and small develop unique cultures over time. You see this in companies like IBM, Apple, and GM. Employees who stay in these companies over the long term, those who move up the ladder into the executive suite, tend to personify these corporate cultures to a great degree. Employees marry each other, socialize with each other, attend the same events. In company towns, this corporate culture can characterize the entirety of the town itself.
Which is why the current IRS scandal has left me completely unsurprised.
A NH Boot to Big Brother’s Neck – HB 445-FN
If you watch television you’ve probably seen your share of cop or crime shows. There are two things that always stand out to me. First, almost everyone talks to the cops without a lawyer. (Dumb.) Second, the police are always using a suspect’s cell phone or car GPS to track them down.
The real America is not much different. It is a land where the police can set up a road block just about anywhere, for any reason, (sobriety checkpoints for example) and proceed to justify stopping, questioning, or searching any or every vehicle or its occupants based on their “on the spot judgment.” With most of America embracing–or at least not objecting–to that kind of arbitrary fourth amendment abuse, why not extend it to electronic surveillance as well?
