The Laconia Mayor likes to say that Laconia is a city on the move. The reality is that Laconia is not on the move, Massachusetts is, and they are moving to Laconia.
The responsibilities of the Laconia School Board are unenviable. Their constituents, at odds with Board decisions, are treated with thinly veiled contempt by some of the Board and their minions. Frustration could be relieved if the Board would act to understand.
To those Superintendents who are pushing Critical Race Theory in their school district (and you know who you are), it’s time for you to resign and give your job to a POC (Person of Color).
Regarding Dan Hamilton’s recent letter titled “Won’t be back until after anti-vaccine law is repealed.” I believe Mr. Hamilton exemplifies exactly what residents of New Hampshire absolutely despise about the yearly invasion of tourists from states like Massachusetts.
The audit into the irregularities that occurred last year in the Windham November 3rd election is over. Although the official audit report isn’t expected for over a month, we do know the preliminary conclusion of the team of auditors.
