Guest Post: Ken Eyring – Will Senate Bill 11 Confiscate Control of ALL NH Waters?

On May 22nd, the NH House of Representatives will vote on Senate Bill 11.  It was written to enable Exeter and Stratham to jointly form a water/sewer district — but that capability already exists in State RSA Chapters 53-A, 33-B, 38, and 36.  These RSAs enabled the creation of the Merrimack Valley Regional Water District (7 towns).

The Bill is unnecessary and should be killed.  It contains broad, far reaching language, including this;

“Therefore, the general court declares and determines that the waters of New Hampshire constitute a limited and precious public resource to be protected, conserved, and managed in the interest of present and future generations.”

The “waters of New Hampshire” could be broadly interpreted to mean all water resources are defined as public resources regardless of location (Public or Private Property), and regardless of source (lakes, rivers, streams, ponds, wells…).

This would set a dangerous unconstitutional precedent, severing ownership of water from private property. It could also lead to private wells and septic systems being taxed and “protected, conserved and managed” by newly created, powerful government bodies – whether or not you wish to participate in a water/sewer district.

Guest Post: Frank Szabo For Sheriff Of Hillsborough County

   NO SUCH THING AS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

Frank Szabo is running for Sheriff of Hillsborough County.

“Constitutional Rights” is a fiction and misleading.  Our Rights are Natural Rights and are unalienable.  The Constitution is a document which defines the government.  It is a document of creation and it is a strict limit on the powers and authority of government.  It does not limit Citizens.  The Rights of Citizens specifically enumerated for protection in the Constitution were those deemed most important for the continuance ofLibertyand Freedom.  It was not a complete list, nor could it be.

Our government was created by the people, for the people.  After the American Revolution, the Citizens became the sovereigns.  As Sovereign Citizens, We The People created local and state governments to ensure peace and prosperity.  The state governments then created the federal government to further ensure those goals.  Nowhere in the formation documents (constitution) is there authority for the creature to direct – or control – its master.  Also, the federal government was never intended to have any direct contact with Citizens.

Atrocity, Mass Murder, Mayhem? It’s the Tea Party!

Is it really surprising that ABC jumped to Tea Party accusations, immediately tying them to the movie theater shooting in Colorado? Maybe to some. I mean, anyone not living in a left wing bubble can easily discern some characteristics of the pathetic psycho who opened fire during a Batman movie and place them on the political spectrum, but they do not do so. Most people do not and will not see this atrocity as a political statement or it being motivated by the crushing burden of Obamanomics, but the brilliant, perspicacious rogues that occupy the left will and do see this through the smudged, greasy lense of politics. This is because most don’t think in terms of politics, but the left does. So what is the motivation for those who do place all things on the political spectrum? What compelled ABC’s Brian Ross to insert the Tea Party into the story? Steve pointed to one possibility in this case, but I think it goes deeper.
