The leadership of the state government of New Hampshire has failed the good people of this State. The Governor, the Attorney General, The Speaker of the House of Representatives, the President of the Senate, and many local municipalities have all violated the laws of the land.
Gordon MacDonald
Project Veritas and James O’Keefe
Project Veritas and James O’Keefe steamrolled the Election Law Division of the NH Attorney General’s Office. This office has been whitewashing voter fraud for twenty years I know of. They use a series of tricks The Coalition of NH Taxpayers has been documenting since 2000.
James O’Keefe Nails NH Attorney General MacDonald HARD on Election Fraud
To recap, this fustercluck started with Vincent Marzello of West Lebanon, NH for voting twice in 2016 – once as himself and again as “Helen Ashley” (with a bad fur coat and a worse wig). Reformatted, emphasis mine:
Governor Sununu’s Commission on Law Enforcement and Accountability
I read with great interest NH Atty. General, Gordon MacDonald’s letter on: “Enhanced bias, mental health training among recommendations for police.” It’s a summary of the Governor’s Commission on Law Enforcement Accountability Goals. Riveting Balderdash.
Volinsky Lies. It Was NOT About Abortion.
This: Tyrion’s (hereinafter I shall refer to Volinsky as Tyrion in accordance with my latest nom-de-twitter for him #TyrionVolinsky) piece tells us much more about Tyrion’s qualifications to be Governor than it does about MaxDonald’s qualifications to sit on the New Hampshire Supreme Court. More specifically, Tyrion views the judiciary as a Super-Legislature that only … Read more
MacDonald’s N.H. Supreme Court Nomination Defeated
The Executive Council today rejected Governor Sununu’s nomination of Attorney General Gordon MacDonald to be Chief Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. The vote was along party lines, with Councilors Russell Prescott and Ted Gatsas in favor, and Michael Cryans, Andru Volinsky, and Debora Pignatelli opposed. The vote follows Cryans’s announcement in a Valley … Read more
Who’s Influencing State Supreme Court Nomination?
What follows is cross-posted from a Cornerstone alert sent out today, with fair warning about Executive Councilor(s) trying to inject abortion into the nomination of Gordon MacDonald to the state Supreme Court, and with due acknowledgment that I’m a Cornerstone consultant. Governor Sununu has nominated Attorney General Gordon MacDonald to be Chief Justice of the New Hampshire … Read more
“Gordon MacDonald For State Supreme Court” Gets ‘Kiss of Death’ From Jennifer Horn
It may be hard to remember, but nine years ago Jennifer Horn was the Tea Party candidate for Congress. But much the same way the government warped the once upon a time hero John McCain, Horn abandoned those ideas and the people to serve the promises of political power.
Did You Know Supreme Court Nominee Gordon MacDonald Supports a STATE Constitutional Right to Abortion?
This: Actually, Roe -with its trimester scheme for abortion: abortion on demand in 1st trimester; only regulations to protect mother’s health in 2nd trimester; restrictions/prohibitions on abortion with exceptions for “health of mother” in 3rd trimester- was replaced in 1992 by Planned Parenthood vs. Casey’s “undue burden” standard. But I digress. The thing to keep … Read more
The New Hampshire Supreme Court is About to Get a Lot More Liberal/Activist
Governor Sununu has nominated his Attorney General, Gordon MacDonald, to replace retiring Supreme Court Chief Justice Robert Lynn. Lynn was the closest thing to a judicial conservative on the Supreme Court. There are unmistakable signs that MacDonald is not. First, let’s define judicial conservative. A judicial conservative is a completely different animal from a judicial liberal … Read more
Say Hello to the Claremont Income Tax … and Thank You to our Wonderful Attorney General
So last week, a single Superior Court Judge decided he was the State’s Education-Czar and implicitly ordered -while, of course, claiming he was doing no such thing- the State to -at a minimum- triple spending on public education … which would require a massive expansion in spending by State government (at least an additional $1.6 … Read more
