House Session 5-2-24

So Kids, What Did We Learn From This Week’s House Session (5/2/24)?

We learned that when Republicans do not show up, it can be a pretty disappointing day in the House. Additionally, the same thing happens when we have a few person advantage and a handful of “Republicans” vote along with House Democrats to kill perfectly good bills, and conversely pass pretty awful ones. If you know some good Conservatives in your district, please urge them to sign up to run in June.

Nobody Touches Amnesty-Ayotte

The names and faces may change, but the NHGOP always remains a corrupt, inept, out-of-touch political country club that does NOT represent GOP voters, AND indeed actually loathes and despises actual GOP voters. This is just the latest example.

The Beclowning Of Chris “Sun-King” Sununu … Now The Rest Of America Knows

Some X reaction to the puerile antics of Chris “Sun-King” Sununu. The rest of America now knows what we in New Hampshire already knew. The Sun-King is an arrogant, entitled CLOWN whose political success is owed entirely to the New Hampshire Communist (Democrat) Party running candidates so far to the Left that not even the very Left-of-center New Hampshire electorate could stomach them:

FAKE NEWS: Associated Press Reporter Holly Ramer LIES About NH’s Abortion Law

NH-NeverTrump Journal recently held a debate for the GOP U.S. Senate primary. Associated Press reporter Holly Ramer’s write-up focused nearly exclusively on abortion (probably around 75%), with the remainder primarily devoted to the recent “bipartisan” federal red-flag law legislation. Gov. Jim Gilmore – RLC Convention

Former Virginia Governor Jim Gilmore was on hand at the Republican Liberty Caucus Convention on Saturday. He is running for the Republican Presidential nomination and took some time to speak with us.

Endorsement: Dan Dwyer, State Senate

As State Senate President, Peter Bragdon lays claim to a number of accomplishments, he also owns a number of disappointments, one of the most egregious of which is our continued membership in the Regional Greenhouse Gas initiative (RGGI).   I hold him solely responsible for our continued participation in this unconstitutional scheme which the Democrat majority that proceeded him, tied us to, which the House and Senate tried to repeal, and which only the Senate failed to override when vetoed by Governor Lynch.

RGGI should be deemed unconstitutional.  The compromise legislation is laughable.  Bragdon has been in Concord too long.  It is time for a change.  And Dan Dwyer offers us that opportunity.

Uh oh. Will Romney’s big win in Florida doom his campaign?

This from Newsmax.com today, quoting a Florida Republican primary voter: “Bombarded by harsh television advertising, some Floridians said they had soured on both candidates. The dirty ads really turned me off on Mitt Romney,” said Dorothy Anderson, of Pinellas Park, adding she was voting for Gingrich. She said of Romney, “In fact if he gets the … Read more

On Tuesday, we must Unite or Die. Think about it.

UNITE OR DIE. Our choice. The GOP primary election is in four days. We unite behind one conservative candidate or lose when non-conservative Romney takes it. This from Jeff Kuhner at The Washington Times: “The White House is popping champagne corks. President Obama got what he wanted from the Iowa caucus: a fractured Republican Party … Read more
