Last night …primary night … from the perspective of Sun-King, Sununu was a DISASTER. Both of his hand-picked candidates, Chuck Morse and George Hansel, LOST.
And, in the case of Morse, it was only close because Mitch McConnell and the DC-swamp poured in millions that could have and should have been spent in the general against the Democrats … attacking Bolduc.
The most Sununu-like of the 1st CD candidates LOST … despite millions in DC-swamp advertising attacking the nominee.
And as for the Sun-King, he could not even muster 80 percent in his primary, although he was essentially running unopposed. To put that in context, contrast it with Hassan garnering nearly 94 percent in similar circumstances.
