Ever since Plymouth Rock, immigrants have routinely sought our shores. This universal recognition of what America has to offer is a testament to what we, the American-born citizens, usually take for granted. Also unmistakable has been the surge in immigrants seeking American refuge following WWII. Frankly speaking, this has been due to the fact that their former homelands are now under communist rule!
America’s welcoming of those desiring an American life has been regulated through yearly quotas and with the requisite of learning and pledging to honor our American standards. This process has served our country well, with those legalized adding their share of enrichment to our American experiment.
Their positive approach, sadly, conflicts with today’s shameful attitudes concerning devotion to country. During the time frame following the Vietnam War, a Philadelphia caller to talk radio, when asked what would cause him to defend his country, the response was, “When the Viet Cong come sailing up the Delaware River!”
This statement revealed more than just those former anti-war, draft card-burning rebellions. Sadly, it was then a preview of today. As such, during the intervening years, this anti-American sentiment has become the norm. Such growth is to be expected when considering the results of a misbehaving child who goes unpunished. For that little unspanked hellion, “the sky’s the limit!”
Not to belabor the point, but such an adopted nationwide attitude can only embolden the enemy. Left unattended for too many decades, this adverse growth was eventually noticed by Congressman Allen West, who, in 2012, noted that in Congress, there are “78-81” democrats who are communists.
His statement merely reinforced their growth cycle. Today, by their own actions and stated intentions, America’s democrat party is a promoter of Marxism. This achievement serves to both “monkey wrench” our government and further their American conquest. Glancing back, another growth spurt of confidence came when America’s military failed to achieve victory over inferior forces in both Korea and Vietnam!
At this point, if this domestic growth of communism isn’t properly addressed, it will soon be too late. Especially now that their conquering appetite smells the rising scent of victory. With this being the case, their obvious need is to hammer away at America’s most effective weapon, President Trump. Therefore, all this Trump Derangement crap wasn’t caused by personal hatreds of the man but simply because he’s been so effective with renewing American leadership and our world stature. As their agenda continues unhampered, decision-making and citizenship responsibility rise to the front and center, and it’s long overdue!
Present circumstances have the “one vote doesn’t matter” and the “can’t fight city hall “ crowd mimicking yesterday’s radio caller. Devoid of political bias, a higher authority offers help; from Luke 11:23, “he that is not with me is against me.” It’s our choice!
