Should Obama’s DOJ Introduce “Project Street Walker?”

Given the success of project gunrunner, its seems obvious now that Obama and the DOJ will need to deploy a similar program based on the repeated remarks of Vice President Joe Biden, now being echoed among the Democrat party leadership. That if we “do not spend billions of dollars by this Friday, we risk increasing the number of women raped.

KRISTIN TAKES THEM DOWN ONE BY ONE

“Liars are always ready to take oaths.” —Vittorio Alfieri

Brendan Bisbee, love interest of the infamous shrew Kristin Ruggiero is presently on trial
answering to seven counts of Perjury where prosecutors allege he lied for Kristin during her trial. Also under indictment are Elizabeth “Kim” McDonald, Kristin’s mother, Daniel Ruggiero, Chief Petty Officer Jeffrey Ruggiero’s estranged brother and of course, Kristin has been re-indicted following her trial on twenty-one new counts consisting of witness tampering, four counts;  falsifying evidence, three counts;  Solicitation/Perjury, four counts;  Perjury, six counts and,  Unsworn Falsification, four counts. Shrew Kristin pal, Sharon Cohen who testified at trial, also faces legal exposure, but has yet to be indicted.

Aside from the obvious “Midas Touch: of sorts Kristin seems to possess, that is, those who get tangled up in Kristin’s web of manipulation would be well-served to have legal counsel retained. People who take up with Kristin inevitably face legal exposure.

The Shrill Kathy Spins the Early Primary Notion

“I think it’s your own choice if you turn from an angry young man to a bitter, old bastard.” —Billie Joe Armstrong

Shrill_Kathy_Chronicals_Grok.jpg

In yet another Cacophonous rant from the “Shrill Kathy” The Union Leader gave her space and ink yesterday to tell readers “why” a December primary will benefit Democrats and hurt Republicans. But, the title is about the only thing she got right and the remaining 782-word pablum was her usual diatribe against the opposition: Those with an “R” next to their names.

The “Shrill Kathy” suggests that “mere insistence” by Florida and Nevada are the mechanisms driving a December primary and makes no mention of the New Hampshire statute (N.H. RSA 659:3) which states in part, “The presidential primary election shall be held on the second Tuesday in March or on a date selected by the secretary of state which is seven days or more immediately preceding the date on which any other state shall hold a similar election, whichever is earlier … ” So Kathy…it is not “more likely” as you put it, but mandated by statute that the Granite State goes first.

Occupy Boston – an amalgamation

My friend Kevin spent the weekend in Boston showing a friend from England what Boston was like, and kept ending up around Dewey Square where the Occupy Boston (a la Occupy Wall Street) had sent up a camp.  Upon returning, they stopped in and offered them to put up here (Thanks Kevin and Jack!)

The video is an amalgam of some short clips shot with a DSLR:

A Grievance Hearing: Oct 20, State Capital

Guest post for Frank M. Handibode

UNFAIR PROPERTY ASSESSMENT? COME TO A GRIEVANCE HEARING

If you, dear readers, feel as I do that the current property assessing and taxing practices in New Hampshire are often unfair and inequitable, then I invite you to join me at an upcoming grievance hearing in the NH House on October, 20th.

I believe that my property is not fairly taxed so I appealed for redress to the NH Legislature in Concord. They granted me a hearing which is set for Thursday, October 20th at 10 a.m. in Room 303 of Legislative Office Building, the LOB, (directly behind the state house with the gold dome.)

Representative Duffy Daugherty, Coos District 1, has presented my petition. Among other things, Mr. Daugherty, on my behalf, is attempting to stop the towns and assessors from applying “separate subjective factors such as those related to views as indicated on current property cards.”

Yes, I am referring to the odious “View Tax.”

Let’s face facts. If five non-collaborating assessors come to a property on five different days, it is almost certain that five different tax values will result. The reason is simple. There are no written guidelines for assessing views leaving assessors to play the “I’ll know its value when I see it” game.

This is the sort of arbitrary tax that Mad King George the 3rd of England would have loved to impose on the subjects in the colonies! We all know how that story ended.

I cannot imagine that I am the only property owner in the state who feels this way. If you believe that your own property is not fairly assessed, for any reason, I invite you to come to Room 303, LOB in Concord on October 20th. This discussion on a potentially dull subject should prove to be pretty interesting.

ONH (Obamaville New Hampshire) Moves – and other related news

Obamaville Protestes donates to Democrap party

The residents of Obamaville New Hampshire are relocating from Victory Park to Veteran’s Park, according to this morning’s Union Leader.  And the police–and presumably Mayor Gatsas–continue to tolerate their middling presence.  (No, of course they would never let the TEA party do this.) This presence, for whatever it is worth, continues to try and send a message, and in New York at least, that message is "please end all Wall Street Funding to Democrats."

I confess that this is a message I could support.

Thanks to an email petition from Steve Israel and the DCCC, in which the Democrat party announces it’s support for the Obamaville Wall Street(#OWS) protesters, the banking executives who work on Wall Street are staging a protest of their own against the Democrat Party.

(From BigGovernment.com)

The execs asked the lawmakers: “What are you doing? Do you even understand some of the things that they’ve called for?” said another lobbyist with financial services clients who is a former Democratic Senate aide.

C’mon you bankers.  They just want to kill you and torture you and eat you.  You’re going to let support for that keep you from donating money to Democrats and Obama?

Apparently they are.

Our Idiot Brother

OCCUPY WALL STREET FOR DUMMIES

“In hindsight it may even seem inevitable that a socialist society will starve when it runs out of capitalists.”  —Larry Niven

Occupy_Wall_Street_For_Dummies2GROK.jpg

How does one become an Occupy Wall Street Protestor? A quest for understanding in a somewhat complicated topic. Why? Because there are some who seem to demonstrate a modicum of intelligence and articulate usage of the language when the camera is rolling. And, there are some who dress reasonably normal (normal meaning, no obvious hygiene challenges, maintaining a groomed appearance). Those folks are in the vast minority. And certainly it would not be an accurate statement to say these slackers are all “youth generational.” The camera has caught some old enough to be peers of my parents.

But the task at hand is an immediate one. How do I blend in? How do I become an OWS protestor. I suppose I should start with something superficial. Ah yes! you say, “Things aren’t always as they appear.” and how right one might be to make such a characterization. But any good leftist will tell you, honesty is a relative term. “Your views are your views.”  Kind of akin to calling people racists because they don’t like Obama… Yet, when it is pointed out that these same “racists” like Herman Cain, the argument shifts to, “you only like him because he gives your racism cover.” Rank dishonesty is the domain of the left. And outward appearance is what we first see from our friends in the lame stream media.

As a segue into my OWS protestor journey, I neither shave nor shower for an extended period of time. (if I wish to wholly embrace this slacker look, I don’t brush my teeth, either..If a casual observer spies a chive stuck in my teeth when I smile, I have arrived) It is important to engender that, “rail against the establishment” appearance. Smelling ones’ own smell, is sufficient validation one has achieved parity with the OWS appearance.

Eat The Rich

If we ‘eat the rich’ we get one meal, after which there is nothing left to eat. Without any wealth creators to tax the bloated government either starves to death or it looks for other prey. The ignorant statists are clearly not smart enough to know who is next in line, or forward thinking enough to know just how short that line is until the government gets to them.

What a Twit

Twitter’s Link service automatically shortens links when you put them into Twitter, and even identifies Larry the Twitter Bird c/co www.stargroup1.comthe untrustworthy ones for the recipients.  An example of this comes courtesy of Harrell ‘Jersey Shore’ Kirstein, who sent me a direct message with a link that produced such an alert.

Twitter’s link service at http://t.co is used to better protect users from malicious sites that engage in spreading malware, phishing attacks, and other harmful activity.

A link converted by Twitter’s link service is checked against a list of potentially dangerous sites. When there’s a match, users can be warned before they continue:

Why would the spokes-model for the New Hampshire Democrat Party be sending me a Direct Message on Twitter, linked to a dangerous web site, at 2:45 AM on a Sunday morning?

So, the Left thinks that OWS is their TEA Party?

Really? They believe that about the Occupy Wall Street crowd?  Last I knew, the TEA Party folks always pulled the proper permits and paid all the fees – and left public property by the designated times.  OWS?  Not so much  Last time I looked, too, this never happened with the TEA Party:     September 18 … Read more

Grok Special Interviews: OccupyNH – Part 1

GrokTV Special Interviews from OccupyNH (Occupy Wall Street): Ben DiZoglio

Another person at the Occupy Wall Street / OccupyNH rally yesterday in Manchester was Ben DiZoglio.  As opposed to Leah and Mirav, he seemed genuinely attached to the movement here. He had noticed that I was recording the event and offered that since they now had some power, offered an outlet for use (unfortunately I had left the AC brick at home). Since several others had refused to do interviews (I figured out, partially, why later on), I requested an interview to find out why he was there and was looking to see what some of the difference were between OWS and the TEA Party movements:

When I got home, I decided to Google his name and found out that he was a student at Plymouth State (an athlete on the baseball team) and had written an Op Ed for the Nashua Telegraph this summer:

At every tea party rally I’ve ever gone to, veterans tend to be given positions of honor and are either asked to speak or, at the very least, are recognized.

The message, of course, is the people who protect our country should be praised for their service. Often these humble veterans will say the true heroes are those who sacrificed everything for their country.

But then the political speeches begin…
