NH is loaded with out of state activists who come here and steal our votes while working on political campaigns. This is a fact.

The NH State Supreme Court plays word games with NH Statutes and the State Constitution enabling these out of state vote thieves to operate here with impunity – well except for the ire of grass roots activists who live in NH. We object profusely.

My wife and I went into town and visited a shop. When we came out, there was a cop writing out a parking ticket. We went up to him and I said,… “Come on man, how about giving a senior citizen a break?” He just ignored us and continued writing the ticket.

I called him an “a**hole.” He glared at me and started writing another ticket for having worn-out tires.

Tonight 19 year old Republican Yvonne Dean-Bailey won the Rockingham 32 special election. Dean-Baily (Republican) carried Nottingham, Northwood and Candia while Maureen Mann (Democrat) won her hometown of Deerfield. This election had been fraught with outrageous behavior from Maureen Mann and her campaign staff along with her supporters throughout the beginning but clearly voters decided to vote for the candidate they thought would best represent them.

Every time the Democrats blame out-of-state money for why they lost an election–aside from ignoring how they always have and spend more of same — they are insulting every voter in that district.

The assumption is that money is what bought your vote whether it was spent to get you to the polls or spent to get you stay home. Under no circumstance are you, regardless of your decision, voting based on your own free will.

But that makes sense coming from Democrats.

Today is the day to vote in the Rockingham 32 Special election (Nottingham, Northwood, Candia and Deerfield).

This is a Republican district so all the Republicans have to do to lose is stay home.

Given all the BS that has been heaped on Yvonne-Dean Baily by her Democrat opponent and the state parties paid out-of-state staffers, it is important for New Hampshire Republicans in this district to take a few minutes to stop at their polling place today to vote for Yvonne. She is an outstanding candidate who will serve your district well.

Democrat NH House Speaker Shawn Jasper (RINO) and US Senator Kelly Ayotte (RINO) are asking Congressman Frank Guinta to resign from the US House of Representatives over a false FEC filing of his own family’s money used in his own campaign in 2010.

Nice opportunity for them and the Democrats.

Congressman Frank Guinta has some FEC reporting problems from 2010 which are making headlines now. The last time I remember such a situation and wrote about it was the Burt Cohen (D) 2004 Senate Campaign where Burt Cohen brought in an out of state campaign “expert” with a questionable past, sound familiar, who was the real campaign treasurer, not the named campaign treasurer.

The out of state expert, Jessie Burchfield, then filed false reports, stole money and – ready for this, generated false press releases stating Burt Cohen’s campaign was flush with cash. The false press releases were intended to scare other candidates away.

Today the Union Leader reported that a group in Derry is going to hold a rally for the Derry Fire Department before the Derry Town Council’s vote on thebudget (even inviting union members from out-of-town). Really it’s nothing more than a union rally but unions like to pretend they are ‘grassroots’ citizens. As previously reported, the budget cuts have been extremely contentious in Derry.

HB 323, the waiver bill, has been an extremely complicated and contentious bill all year. Multiple amendments have been proposed, but only one offered an acceptable compromise, the Bradley amendment, #1572s. Only this amendment specifically allows the SAT or ACT to be used as the 11th grade statewide assessment and closes the vague “such as” and “well established” loop-holes of other amendments. The Bradley amendment reduces testing, respects parents’ rights to refuse their child’s participation, and satisfies superintendents’ requests to use the SAT or ACT.
