Yesterday after Senator Kelly Ayotte announced a new piece of legislation that would allow birth control to be sold over the counter (OTC), the New Hampshire Democrats and a slew of other far left wing extremists responded by claiming the bill would somehow decrease access to birth control for women. Drew Cline has an editorial in today’s Union Leader in which he “sets the record straight” regarding Maggie Hassan’s Union donation kerfuffle.

With calls for resignation over campaign finance violations in the news again of late, the suggestion is that Hassan should resign, too. They misremember the Hassan violation.

Speaking for myself, I never suggested Hassan resign.  I merely observed that there was an illegal contribution (which there was) and that no one (Democrats in particular) made any ‘resignation’ fuss about it.

Those reading between the lines will have noticed that my most recent gripe has nothing to do with Maggie or the Democrats.

Yesterday Senator Kelly Ayotte announced a new bill that she and Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO) are introducing that will “help increase access to safe and effective contraceptives.” The bill is called “The Allowing Greater Access to Safe and Effective Contraception Act” and part of the intention is to allow drug companies to more easily and readily get birth control that is widely used into the Over-the-Counter (OTC) market rather than only available by prescription.

Today the Democrat accused of sending the email hoax a few days before the special Rockingham District 32 election has been arrested for voter suppression. If you recall, Carl Gibson was doing social media for Maureen Mann’s campaign. A few days before the election an email was sent to specific press that claimed to be from Mann’s opponent Yvonne Dean-Bailey claiming she was dropping out of the race.

My wife and I went into town and visited a shop. When we came out, there was a cop writing out a parking ticket. We went up to him and I said,… “Come on man, how about giving a senior citizen a break?” He just ignored us and continued writing the ticket.

I called him an “a**hole.” He glared at me and started writing another ticket for having worn-out tires.
