Democrats = Income Inequality

Two-Faced-Nancy-Pelosi--78560

Bloomberg has a report online listing income inequality by Congressional District. Guess which party, based on this report, dominates the top spots for income inequality in the US?

Of the top 35 congressional districts with the most income inequality, 33 of them are seats held by Democrats. And not just any newly-elected left-wing back-benchers. We’re talking top-of-the line narrative spewing, members of party leadership. People who have had years to effect positive change in their districts but have failed to deliver on their rhetoric.

Yet another NH GOP elected official is contra the base and the NH GOP Platform – Kelly Ayotte?

Obamacare - why need Planned Parenthhod

Once again, we see yet another example that they care only about the “Winning” part of the meme “Winning is only the precursor; what you do afterwards is more important“.  Once again, we see yet one more high level NH GOP official or candidate (Steve Duprey, Chris Sununu (given he voted to fund PPNE before and REFUSES to engage on how he will vote this week from his position on the Executive Council, Scott Brown, Walt Havenstein, Juliana Bergeron, Chuck Morse, Jeb Bradley, Nancy Stiles )disregarding (or is that dismembering) the NH GOP Platform on a whole host of the important planks.  Homosexual marriage, Obamacare / Medicaid Expansion, more taxes, bigger government – why do we put up with this?  Isn’t it time to start demanding better?  If Leadership can’t support what the Party says it does, why do WE keep supporting what seems to be, more and more, a Potempkin Party?

And to top it off, NH GOP Chair Jennifer Horn must be complicit in this for her loud thundering silence.  She, of all people, is responsible for the NH GOP “brand”.  What IS that brand now a days?  Can she make ANY argument for the Platform that isn’t dissolved by her agents’ actions?

And now comes Kelly Ayotte, Jr Senator from NH.

“I was more than a little surprised at the tabloid style used by the Villager on July 31st”

Dennis Hamel | GrokWatch News Desk

Preface: Steve Forster had a letter delivered to the Henniker Selectman regarding legal use of his property. The town fish-wrap wrote a front page story in response. Our good Friend Dennis Hamel has written in regard to the Villager’s article. (It will not yet have run in that paper, if they run it at all.) -Steve M.

To the editor:

I was more than a little surprised at the tabloid style used by the Villager on July 31st.

Last week’s front-page story about Forster’s Christmas Tree Farm bordered on hysteria. When a private citizen and taxpayer is openly harassed by a neighbor (in collusion with a part-time town employee who has delusions of grandeur), how did the Villager come to the conclusion that a simple notice to the Board of Selectmen was “DEFYING the town”?

As I understand it, the letter to the selectmen was simply to state that use of private property in ways NOT prohibited by law can and will take place. This is clearly part of American life.

Humor by Howie Carr – You may be a liberal if…..you moonbat!

I have listened to The Captain for years – it seems like when he first made the transition to radio.  But he has always been a newspaper guy and his column in the Boston Herald is one I look forward to.  This week’s was fun – a take off on the “If you…..you’re a redneck”.  Instead, a liberal:

  • You may be a liberal if you believe that allowing working people to keep a few more of the dollars they earned themselves is a “boondoggle” and a “gimmick.”
  • You may be a Massachusetts liberal if you think that the annual sales tax holiday weekend “diverts” money from “education,” by which you mean teachers unions, and from “the MBTA,” by which you mean handouts for T hacks who retired with full pensions at age 41.
  • You may be a liberal if you want to string up the dentist who shot Cecil the Lion, but you think the ghouls at Planned Parenthood all deserve Profiles in Courage awards.

Clue to the clueless – there IS no difference between Democrats and Socialists

Question of the week was asked by Chris Matthews of MSNBC on his Hardball show “What is the difference between Democrats and Socialists?” – asked of the Democrat National Committee head honcho Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-FL) to the curious event of self declared independent and self-avowed Socialist Bernie Sanders seeking the Presidential nomination of a Party to which he doesn’t even belong.

Funny, that – she has NO answer.  Given that the Democrat Party has rid itself of ITS moderates (the so-called Blue Dog Democrats), it has swung further Left than what GOP has gone right.  In this respect, which is better – the GOP returning to our country’s roots in the Constitution, or the Left moving to the Communist Manifesto?

And on today’s Meet The Press, the question came up when Chuck Todd, host, asked again:

Proof: Planned Parenthood Northern New England Doesn’t Need NH Taxpayer Dollars

PPNE logoDefenders of planned parenthood insist that taxpayer dollars do not go to pay for abortions. This is nonsense, of course, because any added revenue frees up money for other purposes for which it might not have otherwise been available.

Take Public policy, for example. Planned Parenthood of Northern New England spent $832,596.00 dollars on Public policy in 2013. In 2014, they spent $1,587,499.00 dollars (nearly $1.6 million) just on public policy.

Still think Planned Parenthood in New Hampshire can’t function without taxpayer dollars?

Hillary Clinton – You Cannot Succeed Without Government

We opened the program with the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot of the week. Hillary Clinton, speaking at an Urban League Dinner, went in to a screed that meant: you can’t possibly succeed at anything without government. This was a premeditated attack on the next speaker, Jeb Bush, who said nothing in his defense or to contradict … Read more

A Society Where Idiots Have A Collective Voice

“Man as an individual is a genius. But men in the mass form the headless monster, a great, brutish idiot that goes where prodded.” Charlie Chaplin
Animal-Rights-Activist-001aIdiots. When presented with facts, idiots are those who stick with their own viewpoints, opinions and paradigms in the face of those hard cold brutish facts. Emotion rules the day and irrational behavior is given teeth. Witness, The killing of Cecil the Lion.

Rednecks and Recruiting Stations

“The mainstream media has its own agenda. They do not want to print the facts. They have an agenda, they have a slant, they have a bias. It is outrageous to me.”  Curt Weldon
armed+forces+recruiting+station“Rednecks and Recruiting Stations,” is yet another theme in the liberal Screed. Espoused by the Lamestream media, the purpose remains to leave our recruiters unguarded, unprotected and still vulnerable.  Recruiting stations, despite being a target, are the same now as they were before Chattanooga. This back hand come from the top down: Obama commanded his military command staff to parrot the message to Americans: Stand down.

Notable Quote – Hannah Bleau

Liberals are more upset over the death of a freaking lion than Planned Parenthood running a baby chop shop and more outraged over Tom Brady destroying his phone than Hillary Clinton destroying thousands of emails and continually lying out of her liar hole about it. – Hannah Bleau (Young Conservatives) (H/T: Instapundit)

Government’s aim is all wrong in this in 2 ways

Ultra Ever DryI ready this and being the engineer that I am, I instantly thought of a number of ways in which to render this “fix” irrelevant and avoid it completely, but here is the sad story:

San Francisco’s #1 problem might be solved with pee-resistant paint

San Francisco is testing the idea of painting walls with urine-repellant paint that will soak the sprayer before the wall gets wet.  Mohammed Nuru, San Francisco’s director of public works, got the idea to use the paint, Ultra-Ever Dry, after reading about its effectiveness in Hamburg, Germany. The paint repels most liquids so the urine would “bounce back” on the sprayer.

“The urine will bounce back on the guy’s pants and shoes,” Rachel Gordon, a public works department spokeswoman, said. “The idea is they will think twice next time about urinating in public.”  After painting nine walls around areas with prominent nightlife or homeless communities, the city has received requests many other requests for the paint. In fact, it costs less money to paint the wall than to clean it, Gordon said, according to The Guardian.
