Oh, how unfair to have the President selected by a few votes in small states and not by a popular vote. Notice how they don’t want a majority of 50% or more. No, that will never do. Tell me if this sounds familiar.

A total number of 17,086 votes were cast in [Clark County, Nevada,  District 15] for both Republican and Democrat candidates. However, when confirmation letters were sent to the voters in the District, the US postal service returned mail from 9,200 of these voters.

Vaughn found that many of the people who are listed as deceased are still on the active voter rolls. Many of the returned mail came back with 5 people living in a vacant lot with no mail receptacle.  Edward Snowden, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings and dozens of movie stars were registered to vote in District 15 according to Mr. Vaughan.

And it’s not like Nevada isn’t familiar with charges of fake registered Democrat voters.

In New Hampshire, they use “same day registration” or let out-of-state residents use college dorms or local addresses to vote. Progressive activists send in absentee ballots or vote from non-existent properties. It is so prevalent and has been for so long that I called the New Hampshire for Trump after the election based on that reality and Hillary’s slim margin.

Hampshire College is flying the American flag again.

Hampshire College, which had previously removed its American flag after President-elect Donald Trump’s victory on Election Day, has returned the flag to its usual position on campus.

The flag went to half mast after Hillary lost, then was burned.  Rather than replace it and fly it properly the College decided to encourage a discussion of the flag’s meaning.

As if a community flying it at half mast after an election (*a violation of the school rules if I read this right) and then burning it didn’t suggest that such discussion has been under way for a very long time.

I saw the news when this “avante – garde” (e.g., true socialism in action) small biz opened and decided to throw out all of the regular rules of capitalism (and, not to be too obvious, capitalism) and run it strictly according to socialist thought.  Apparently, they thought that they were “the Right People” socialists have been looking for to implement it.  Ah, the sad (but knowable) end (reformatted, emphasis mine):

Everyone working together.”

Here’s the real story. You need a business filter to see it clearly. In my corporate life I watched lots of new leaders replace old leaders. And there is one trick the good leaders do that bad leaders don’t: They make some IMMEDIATE improvement that everyone can see. It has to be visible, relatively simple, and fast.

Why?

Because humans are not rational. Our first impressions rule our emotions forever. Trump has a second chance to make a first impression because his performance as President is fresh ground. Trump is attacking the job like a seasoned CEO, not like a politician. He knows that his entire four-year term will be judged by what happens before it even starts. What he does today will determine how much support and political capital he has for his entire term.

Jill is an Evangelical Christian who believes marriage is God-defined as the lifelong, covenant relationship of one man and one woman. She knows that Caitlyn Jenner is a man. And while her heart grieves for racism, she believes Black Lives Matter is a dangerous, radical organization that is inciting violence and spreading dangerous hoaxes that are inflaming millions of Americans.

Quick little story: the Youngest needed money.  Since my name hasn’t been on his bank account for years (like when he was deployed), I just couldn’t simply transfer money from my account to his.  I really didn’t want to drive all the way to him and he’s not on PayPal.  What was left?

I wish to provide an initial report to the citizens of Gilford & Meredith (Belknap County House District 2) whom I represent in the N.H. House of Representatives.

Although I will not be formally sworn until December 7, Pearl Harbor Day, I have endeavored to try to fulfill several of the issues on which I ran. Thus, I have submitted seven proposed bills to the Office of Legislative Services for the preparation of formal bills to be introduced in the 2017 Session beginning in January covering the following topics:

1. Repeal of the statute that allows persons attending college in N.H. to register and vote here, regardless of whether this is their permanent home.
2. Complete repeal of the tax on interest and dividends.
3. Revising the Business Enterprise Tax to eliminate any liability for the tax in any year in which the business organization does not have profits subject to the Business Profits Tax.

A former state representative and vocal critic of House Speaker Shawn Jasper, R-Hudson, filed a court complaint against the speaker on Tuesday, claiming that Jasper improperly had him removed from the Legislative Office Building during an orientation session for new lawmakers. Spec Bowers was a Republican representative from Sullivan County who served from 2010 to 2012, and ran unsuccessfully in November.

Throughout much of the past two years, he was a vocal critic of Jasper’s leadership and the partnership he forged with Democrats to obtain the position over the majority will of the Republican caucus.

…this wouldn’t be necessary – that Congress has to deliberately has to overrule some unelected, unaccountable, and more and more, unassailable bureaucrats? Who, according to the Constitution, should have the power here?  What we’ve been seeing is a complete inversion of how the process is supposed to work.

“Whenever one quarter of the members of the U.S. House or the U.S. Senate transmit to the president their written declaration of opposition to a proposed federal regulation, it shall require a majority vote of the House and Senate to adopt that regulation.”
