DACA – the Obama self-declared law (“Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals”) was an Executive Order that basically violated the existing immigration Law duly passed by Congress.  It made a “safe space” from keeping kids, these DREAMERs, that were brought here illegally by their illegal immigrant parents free from being deported.  As I have said before, while the Democrats and MSM concentrated on the kids (Oh, how can you hold them at fault!), they used this to skip over the responsibility of their parents from putting them into a situation where they WOULD be deported.  And we are still seeing the MSM going after the Republicans for enforcing the Law that a Democrat broke.  However, even as Trump has not killed DACA off yet, it’s time may well be coming due:

Back before we knew the outcome of the 2016 elections the Democrats were saying Chris Sununu was out-of-touch with mainstream voters.

Speaking at the Legislative Office Building, Buckley, Senator David Pierce (D-Lebanon) and Representative Katherine Rogers (D-Concord) denounced the Trump/Sununu’s extreme ideology, saying it was way out-of-touch with mainstream voters and that it would surely lead Republicans up and down the ticket to disaster in November.

The left is off the rails about White Supremacy which you should understand is a bit hypocritical. Not just because its roots in America spring from the Democrat Party. The problem is that while they are claiming outrage about white supremacy, Supremacy over every American is the goal of all Democrat outrage.

They seek supremacy over everyone and everything without regard to sex, race, or religion. The goal is to rule all, equally trapped (most likely at or near) poverty, dependent almost entirely on the whim and will of government, lorded over by a political class of their making.

(emphasis mine, above) While we were boisterous, flag waving, and upset with how the country was going, we were pretty much middle class with middle class politeness and the idea that when you left the public areas where the rallies were held, you left them cleaner than when you arrived.  We had a sense of “normalism” and normal behavior even after the Left, the media, and the GOPe, I think successfully, twisted the truth of it to influence the non-political population as they had the money to do it as we didn’t.  For the former as we were an existential threat to their sense that the State should be in control and not We the People with our concentration on Constitutional boundaries and the latter as a threat to the power they believe was their’s.  The media?  Two items driving them: keeping fights going to gain eyeballs and “Democrats with bylines”.

Something about this whole thing with toppling statues is bothering me. Actually, many things.

First, let it be known that I hold no quarter for any Confederate soldier, militia member, officer or general. They took the wrong side, fought for something dishonorable, and were deeply misguided. And they lost. That’s it. With that said, I do believe that there are some good people who disagree with me on this. And that’s fine.

But I got to say, bending to the will of an angry mob in appeasement, even if it is against white nationalism or racism or whatever, is just, well, stupid and counter productive, but before we get to that, should we remove Confederate statues from public spaces?

Katherine Rogers has been charged with assault and needs to step down immediately from her position as the State Representative for Concord’s Wards 8, 9 and 10. She is a former Concord city councilor and Merrimack County Attorney and is still serving on the House Finance Committee. This is behavior unacceptable for a State Representative let alone one who is a lawyer.

Hampton Beach is holding another Go Topless Day on August 26th. The picture leading the story has two women and a man in the foreground with the caption, “Women were supported by men around the shoreline of Hampton Beach on during Go Topless Day 2016.”

You nailed it. Men were at the beach “supporting women” who were topless.

I’m no expert, but I’m going to predict similar support again this year. I’m also predicting a surge in the sale of sunglasses.

The second goof up comes with a strong language warning. Something the editors at the Union Leader should heed because it is their screw up.

Defacing and vandalizing property is not new for the left so when the party of inclusive excellence gets to excluding bits of history they’ve decided is objectionable historical monuments beware.

Civil war icons of the south and enablers of slavery are being pulled down–or in the case of Baltimore removed by the powers that be–because that’s what the Left is into right now. It’s their other, other, other, distraction from the mess and hypocrisy of their own party.
