The Dream Act Is Not Law

“The clearest way to show what the rule of law means to us in everyday life is to recall what has happened when there is no rule of law.”   -Dwight D. Eisenhower

MS-13There is no way around the definition: Succinctly put, illegal immigration is the unauthorized entry into the Country by foreign nationals without permission from the U.S. Government. Illegal Immigration violates immigration laws. Foreign nationals who overstay their visas are also illegal immigrants. If a person is in the United States, not being a naturalized citizen, they have violated U.S. Law. They are “crimaliens.”

Non-Binary Gender Pronoun Guide – In Case You Actually Give A ****!

militant-snowflakeWe’ve been doing this long enough to know that some percentage of the audience will cave when the progressive Bandersnatch comes calling. You’ll be all haughty, repeal-Obamacare, defend the Constitution and all that until the Democrats start calling you names and suddenly you are talking about bi-partisan this and crossing the aisle that.

You know who you are, and so do we. So, with that in mind, as a public disservice, we’re sharing a copy of the University of Minnesota’s Non-Binary Pronoun guide so that when you sell out at least you will be doing that right.

A Quick Note About ‘Cultural Appropriation’

Just a reminder that the next time you whine about cultural appropriation the American Constitutional Republic and the Western Political culture and protections that it affords is the product of a bunch of White Europeans. Happy Monday.

NH Dem Party Chair Calls Rural, Disaffected Voters, ‘White Supremacists’

buckley

Yesterday, Adam Sexton of WMUR interviewed the executive director of a new organization called ‘Look Ahead America.’ The organization is made up of some former Trump campaign “data masterminds” and will be looking to New Hampshire for voter outreach. Executive director, Matt Braynard, spoke with Sexton about the number of inactive voters in New Hampshire and the possible number of unregistered voters as well.

New Hampshire Democrats And Dartmouth Professors

Antifa pinBecause we can’t spend enough time talking about the duplicity of the media and Democrats, on the matter of political violence, we bring you this.

In a textbook example of psychological projection, [the media] ascribed to the president actions and motivations which proved to be their own: making excuses for political violence. The claim that President Trump was too forgiving of neo-nazis and Klansmen turned out to be a more accurate description of their own assessments of Antifa. The media all but lionized the group, mitigated criticism of it, and allowed the political violence Antifa engages in to be swept under the rug of good intentions.

While some light has been shed upon the truth, we still have a pro-violence faction in New Hampshire that includes Dartmouth Professors and Democrat politicians providing defense or cover for violence and intimidation that favors their political ideology.

Why Hasn’t Jeff Woodburn Denounced Ray Buckley: Dem Chair Called his Constituents White Supremacists

Ray Buckley
Ray Buckley

New Hampshire Democrats need to decide if they agree with Democrat State Party Chair Raymond Buckley? Are most New Hampshire voters White Supremacists or not?

In response to this new organization reaching out to disaffected (rural) voters, Ray Buckley, chair of the New Hampshire Democrat Party, former DNC Vice Chair and former candidate for chair of the DNC, said the following:

“The organizing and activating of these extremists, these white supremacists, really could have a detrimental effect on the entire culture of New Hampshire,” New Hampshire Democratic Party Chairman Ray Buckley said.

Kimberly Morin went into further detail here. A story that is going national as I write this Here, and here. She also discussed it this morning on Girard at Large, which you can listen to on the jump.

Settled Science? Er, not so much (again!)

Salt ShakerAbout the only time I use a LOT of salt is right now – for corn on the cob.  The local farm we patronize (“Farmer Andy” as DCE over at Weekend Pundit calls him) has a great brand of butter and sugar corn.  There have been some years that I’ve remembered to go get some and realized that they’ve already closed for the day.  THIS year, we’ve reliably picked it up pretty much every other day.  Which for me has meant quite a bit of salt:

Participants in a recent study with the highest intake of sodium and potassium actually had significantly lower blood pressure, according to an analysis presented earlier this year at the American Society for Nutrition’s Scientific Sessions meeting in Chicago. The group with the lowest blood pressure averaged a daily sodium intake of 3.7 grams a day, far higher than the guidelines suggest.

What’s a BOB?

National Preparedness MonthOur hearts go out to those folks that have literally lost everything (and I suggest that if you wish to make a donation to help out, go to Samaritan’s Purse) but after watching the disaster that has hit the Gulf areas of Texas for days now, one has to wonder: what DO you do to prepare for that?  Especially if you are one of the tens of thousands (millions?) that had to leave?  Well, if you can’t “hunker down / shelter in place”, it IS time to get out of Dodge.

Like the image says above “Get a Kit, Make a Plan“.  A lot of people look down on “preppers” as being kooks, freaks, extremists, and “just out there” and the National Geographic series “Doomsday Prepper” did their part to reinforce that outlook just like the liberal MSM did to the TEA Party.  However, in our harried scheduled, just-in-time purchasing lifestyle, what DO you do when all of a sudden when normal life breaks down – completely?  As the residents of a lot of the impacted areas found out, in some cases, there is no 911 to call and you quickly realize that YOU are your own first responder (irrespective of those that have chosen to outsource their basic self-responsibility to Govt, like J@Womenspeakup).  What are you gonna due?

Sherman Tanked

Rep. Brad Sherman
Rep. Brad Sherman

To understand how progressives think you must watch them in their natural habitat. Liberals like to cluster together in protected communities or areas so they can more easily maintain a herd mentality. Regular people are kept out of the communities by ethnic cleansing style zoning, exorbitant cost of living expenses, and careful screening of potential members of elite businesses colleges and churches reserved for liberals.

Thought is reduced to feelings. Discussion is limited to chants.

Hey, hey, here we go.

Eyewitness Account of Confrontation With Banana Peel That Ended University Retreat

banana-peelOn August 31st GraniteGrok posted a report about a banana peel with the power to put the full meaning in the word retreat. An Ole Miss Greek Life event came to a screeching (weeping, horribly terrifying) halt (followed by a full retreat) when a banana peel was found in a tree.

In a letter to the editor, Makala McNeil and her sorority sister share the details of this life-changing event and (of course) how it made them feel.
