The most damning thing, so far, in the long talked about the memo, is that the FISA warrant issued to spy on the Trump Campaign and the Trump transition would never have been issued without the dossier we now know to be a fabricated political hit piece paid for by the DNC and the Clinton Campaign.
The FBI and the DOJ are alleged to have known the origins of the Steele Dossier but requested and continued to engage in what amounts to illegal surveillance.

What we learned in Kennedy’s SOTU response last night is that Democrats don’t appear to have a vision for America — or even a coherent policy proposal to offer. TH.com
Like many Democrats, Mayor Joyce Craig appears to have an issue with regard to exaggeration. She’s made some remarkable declarations to the NH House Finance Committee about the financial cost to Manchester Schools if SB 193 becomes law. I’m guessing she’s either got bad information or she’s just so keen on protecting the Unions that back her campaigns that she’s forgotten basic multiplication. I have to wonder if she suffered from poor education choices as a child.
She wouldn’t stoop to lying, right?
The Left is forever inventing things people are entitled to at the expense of others. There’s a movement brewing that demands free feminine care products as a right.
This should seem odd because not every human wants or needs them but then, these are liberals. For the left, it is not about rights, but the control government accumulates through entitlements. Free stuff requires more bureaucrats and bigger budgets, so this is a trap.
Concord Monitor ran a Polti-“fact” piece on US Rep Paul Gosar (R-Arizona) calling for the arresting of any illegal aliens attending the State of the Union address even if they were a guest of a sitting (Democrat) CongressTwit; they rated it true that he did say it.
My response was:
As well as he should be; any and all illegal aliens should have been arrested and immediately removed.
Our country is founded on the Principle that no man is above the law – from the lowest station in life to the highest, we all should be subject to it. You may not respect the law; change it. You may think that the law is discriminatory, or immoral, or unfair; change it. Until then, obey it. It shows the depths to which this country is falling when our highest lawmakers in the land bring in illegal aliens – those that should not be here. They told the rest of us that both themselves and their “guests” are not subject to The Rule of Law even as they make new ones and expect us follow them; and they wonder why their approval rating is just above that of whale snot?
Even if he doesn’t, there’s a whole bunch of us that can and will taunt him with “See, told ya so!” as the Baby Daddy of Medicaid Expansion here in NH is finally meeting up with fiscal reality as the Sugar Daddy (the Feds) are tightening up their wallet and taxpayers here in NH are finally going to see Bradley’s decisions come home to roost as EVERY Socialist / Welfare program always costs too much. Bradley thought he could violate the laws of politics with M.E. just like the Democrats did with Obamacare and now both are looking up from the well of fiscal woes (which will be our woes if it doesn’t get fixed; reformatted and emphasis mine):

Obama was right: “I won”…”You don’t like my policies? Go out and win an election“. So, the Republicans did and Trump has certainly changed policies. Pretty much all of them. And made sure that everyone knew it – good news for us that voted to sandbag the Socialists None of those programs have been Progressive/Socialist in the least – while Trump may still not be a Conservative himself, he certainly is governing as one. As I have said before, don’t listen to what they SAY, pay attention to what they DO!
So the Dems last night not only were sucking on lemons-on-steroids but had to listen to their LightBringer’s legacy, built on ephemeral Executive Orders, crumbling around them with a few Republican legislative efforts thrown in (deleting regulation after regulation via CRA, Tax Reform, getting rid of the heart and soul linchpin of Obamacare – the Individual Mandate). And let’s not forget Trump signed an E.O. last night that canceled Obama’s E.O. to close Gitmo! But last night, the Democrats showed what Socialists do best (when they’re not in power) – sore Loserville losers. Here’s a list of the topics that they refused (with very few exceptions) to stand or applaud for:
– job creation
– higher wages
– lower African American and Hispanic unemployment rates
– bonuses for employees
Not even the Congressional Black or Hispanic Caucuses would stand for that – what, they want them POORER??

The Democrats loathe the tax reform that has kick-started the American economy. They abhor the return of American manufacturing and the bonuses so many companies have doled out to their employees. It was not so long ago that Obama essentially swore that “those jobs are never coming back.” “Crumbs,” billionaire Pelosi called their bonuses. The left today hates our military. They hate the notion of national security. Like Obama, they cannot abide the unfair advantage, as they see it, of American might, American success, and American freedom which they are always trying to impede, to restrict, to regulate and tax. The left has been doing its best to turn the United States into Venezuela for two generations. Progressivism is socialism. Venezuela is how it ends.
How and why have the leftists among us become so anti-American, so contemptuous of the Constitution, the Founders, and American heroism?

Defeat of Paid Medical Leave Bill HB 628
Concord – The New Hampshire House Freedom Caucus (NHHFC) today commended the House Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee for recommending HB 628 as Inexpedient to Legislate. The bill would have created a 0.5% tax on income, paid by the employer, to fund paid family and medical leave, unless the employee opted out of the program and tax upon being hired.
“President Reagan sagely pointed out that ‘If you can find it in the yellow pages, government shouldn’t be doing it.” While the Internet is making phone books obsolete, the wisdom remains – government should not be interfering where the private sector has a competitive, robust market. The New Hampshire Income Tax is not dead yet. Yes, the subcommittee recommended the bill as Inexpedient to Legislate (ITL), and odds are improving that the full committee will follow suit, but the subcommittee minority report included an amendment that is (presumably) meant to make the bill more “appealing” to the Republican majority committee and legislature. Or maybe not.

The House Commerce Committee voted the bill ‘Inexpedient to Legislate’ which is good news but does not bind the representatives to vote that way once the whole House votes on HB628. The Democrats on the committee voted to support the bill with an amendment that makes the bill much worse than it already was.

On Tuesday, January 30th the Windham School Members (WSB) Rob Breton, Keleigh McAllister, Dennis Senibaldi, and Daniel Popovici-Muller all voted to impose Obama’s radical Transgender “Bathroom and Locker Room” policies on our students and district employees in Windham.
Now mandated by Policy JBAB, boys who “identify as girls” must be treated as girls, and girls who “identify as boys” must be treated as boys – or else there will be consequences!
There are multiple reasons for my concern with this unconstitutional overreach by the WSB. I’ll cover just a few.
After “beating” the next, yet unscheduled hearing in Superior Court regarding their attempt to remove “junk” from inside a licensed tractor-trailer body and two-car garage, the Town has, again and again, showed up with their uninsured contractor to take what they consider junk. There is no mutual understanding of what is being loaded on a truck and hauled away since no “inventory list” was supplied to Duke’s Garage.
The Town handed the owner of Duke’s Garage the mandated “inventory list” after one of their last “final” visits. Seems to be a pattern.
Is there a Media editorial blackout on opposition to HB 628, a tax on income disguised as an unnecessary, poorly written “family leave act” entitlement? Opponents of the measure report that while they have submitted letters to the editors of several New Hampshire newspapers they have not seen their remarks find their way into print.
