Remember, Beitler is the guy that I fought to denature as is also championed Policy JBAB (“Transgender and Non-Confirming”) because it gives special “Rights” to a very small minority of youth over all other Normal students AND adults. He also has now decided to champion the newly announced “Prism” student club by Gilford High School Anthony Sperazzo. It’s aim is to use school property (thus resources that cost money) to provide “safe spaces” to LGBT and straight “allies”).
And I listed the court decisions and the recent Presidential Executive Order to the contrary.
Yep, in this era of DEI/Transgender oblivion consecrated by Trump, the Gilford School District (SAU73) Superintendent Kirk Beitler decided to “Show the Man some courage” even as I just told him he was putting any District Federal funding at risk.
Sidenote: Just like Maine Democrat Governor Mills taking on Trump during the recent Governors meeting. Trust me, this isn’t going to work out well for her:
In Part 2, Beitler infamously stated about this club:
“Tolerance is fine but acceptance is the goal.”
So it was clear that from his high perch, HIS outlook outweighs any parental outlooks to the contrary. He will “remake” any child into his own LGTBQ ideology. And if you desire a different wording to get the full understanding and meaning, commenter Gracie over at Part 1 did it nicely (again, emphasis mine):
not just acceptance – approval and endorsement.
So it seems that the sense of the District is that they will work to turn all students to not just tolerate but to actively affirm the LGBTQ movement – and use District funding to do so.
So I decided to give the School Board the chance to weigh in just in case they had second thoughts now that someone was holding them accountable. I did get a response within the required 5 business days to my RSA 91-A demand / Right To Know / RTK whose payload was this:
Pursuant to the Right to Know Law (RSA. 91-A), I am demanding access, within 5 business days, to the following Governmental Records:
- Provide the documents that show that the sense of the Gilford School Boards supports their employee’s declared statement “to the public”.
Failing that,
- Provide the documentation that shows that the Board disavowing his statement and his evangelism as the formal / informal sense of the Board.
This wasn’t meant to put him on a pinpoint – it was to let the School Board know that I was putting them in line with a financial cannon (see above, Gov. Mills). His response was (emphasis mine):

Sorry, that last bit was my addition (but I think it fits the situation and outlook of the Gilford School District (until the School Board actually decides to disavow it).
Guilty as thought. Oh wait, Skip, there effectively was no answer, one way or another, to your RTK – no documentation either way, right?
Not quite as I haven’t told that story yet. And yes, it will talk about two votes on two different items that made it clear that where they stood. And, of course, more RTKs have been issued.
