If you go to the link, you’ll see that this is an “overall” take. If you look at the Republican, Democrat, and Independents’ take on the question, it’s clear that ALL agree with the above (with some variations with the percentages). People no longer believe that Justice really is both blind and equal. That is not a recipe for success going forward. In fact, with “Equal under the Law” being one of the Pillars of our Republic – without it, we are lost. Sad, but true.
Add that if you go to page 12 of the study, this sentiment holds across all age demographics.

(Austin, TX—Aug 2, 2022) Convention of States Action, in partnership with The Trafalgar Group—one of America’s most accurate pollsters in 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2021—is releasing the results of a new national survey. Results were from surveys conducted July 24th through July 28th of over 1,000 likely 2022 election voters.

They see the government as too large, too invasive, and as an obstacle to their living the American dream. Nearly-two thirds of sought-after Hispanic voters agree.
