Second and Third World Nations Save Us From Biden’s New World Health Order (NWHO)

There’s been a lot of noise behind the scenes about the Biden Administration’s proposed amendments to International Health Regulations overseen by the World Health Organization (WHO). The chickens have been clucking about it for weeks, with people losing their minds on both sides.

The real-liberty right rightly sees this as an unconstitutional abrogation of their natural rights. You don’t (sorry, can’t) give my bodily integrity up to a room full of stuffed progressive shirts at some international court of public health opinion.

The Left (Democrats, RINOs, Never-Trumpers), most of whom are in thrall to The Current Thing, believes “The right thing to do is always what the State is promoting at the current moment, even when radically incompatible with what the State promoted a day earlier.”  If the NGO ATMs and backwashers of the political establishment say it’s good, they go along to get along.

A few short years ago community participation, disease burden, resource allocation and human rights dominated its decision-making processes. Causes such as improving childhood nutrition, empowering minorities and protecting girls from enslavement and mutilation were acceptable battles to fight.

Here we are in 2022: Coercion, exclusion, impoverishment and big business are in, whilst highlighting those other areas is ‘free-dumb’ or some subversive form of denialism. Same people, same organizations, same funders, just a change of the tide.

No questions asked every stone left unturned. And anyone who says otherwise is evil (even if it was the institutional Left’s position yesterday or tomorrow).

As for the NWHO, Biden’s globalist “rights-infringing” amendments were proposed and supported by the likes of Australia and the UK, but in the end, they crashed and burned.

Botswana read a statement on behalf of its 47 AFRO members, saying they would be collectively withholding their support for the ‘reforms’, which many African members were very concerned about.

Multiple other countries also said they had reservations over the changes and would not be supporting them either.

These included Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Iran and Malaysia. Brazil in particular said it would exit WHO altogether, rather than allow its population to be made subject to the new amendments.

Places with little to no actual freedom or recognition of natural rights (or a government’s obligation to defend them) just saved the world. And by doing so, they proved the real-liberty leaning right correct.

The amendments undermined individual and state sovereignty, and it took the likes of China, Russia, Iran, and others to show the proof of the pudding. Authoritarian regimes could taste the tyranny, and they didn’t want it interfering with their own.

It’s a blow to the Biden Administration and the fools who backed their play, but it’s not dead or buried. The WHO has abandoned any hope of overreach this time around, but the proposals will be revisited in 2024.

They want another bit at this rotten apple.

Yes, the global progressives are no different from those who live down the street. They don’t take no for an answer, and they’ll do or say anything to get their way even when they have no idea what that is or what it means.

It’s what makes them so dangerous and it is why we must be ever vigilant. Every election, every office, every issue. Every day.

Exhausting, but necessary, because the Left never sleeps.
