“I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

Those are the words of career ruling-class swamp creature Chuck Schumer after the unethical leak of the SCOTUS Draft decision in Dobbs v. Jackson. (And not one of them expressed concern over “sources and methods.”)

I can’t help thinking about what Democrats would have done with that if Trump had said it during the DC rally on January 6th. “I want to tell you, Congressman, I want to tell you, Senators, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

It sounds like incitement to violence and insurrection, and they’d have a point.

I only bring it up because police have arrested a California man who traveled to Maryland to kill Justice Kavanaugh and his family. And I don’t know for sure, but I bet he wore a condom, a Depends undergarment, and a mask on the plane.

 

Early in the morning on Wednesday, a California man was arrested near the home of SCOTUS Justice Brett Kavanaugh and charged with attempted murder.  The man claimed that he was fueled by anger over the leaked draft opinion that could soon see the court overturn Roe V. Wade.

 

Incitement to violence and insurrection? And will they also charge him under18 US Code § 1507 (he was trying to influence a judge).

 

Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

Nothing in this section shall interfere with or prevent the exercise by any court of the United States of its power to punish for contempt.

 

The protect “Democracy™” crowd hasn’t been interested in enforcing that either. Like most progressive notions, that street only goes one way, and the rank and liberal sheeple don’t seem to notice or care.

Kavanaugh’s would-be killer, undoubtedly an avid watcher of CNN and MSNBS, is from California. Overturning the viability standard in Roe based on new scientific evidence would have no impact on California’s existing abortion laws. He could still be his niece’s “favorite uncle” for years to come without worrying about them being punished with a baby.

That’s speculation. I have no idea if he has siblings or if they have children. But he’s clearly a leftist loon and a stupid one at that. I wonder if he’ll decide he’s a woman to get locked up with the ladies. I’m not sure how well he’d fare in Federal men’s prison but needing an abortion wouldn’t be the issue.

As for Schumer, his rant is a clear incitement to violence; sorry, I meant another shining example of free speech. You know, riots, arson, muggings, assault, and murder if the cause is progressive enough. Otherwise, it’s hate speech.

If Democrats didn’t have double standards, they’d have none.

And before I forget, the would-be-killer could have just as easily been inspired by New Hampshire, Senator Jeanne Shaheen.
