Most of the activity or inactivity resulting from pandemic political policy has been for show. I know they believe or pretended it had meaning, but we’ve known since a few weeks in it was meaningless, at least as far as flattening curves was concerned.
But the stupid was strong with many, and they’ve been doing dumb and harmful things for two years. Contrary to the stated goals. A trend that continues without any evidence that they’ve learned a thing.
Vermont has announced a change to its public school masking policy.
The governor said he has no plans to further delay masking guidelines that have been on hold since last fall and are set to begin on February 28. At that time, schools with an 80% vaccination rate will be advised to drop masking requirements.
The governor says this is the first phase in the process of making schools look more normal. “Our kids need to get back to normal. They’ve been through a lot so we need to begin this transition as soon as possible,” he said.
Your policy is that if 8 out of 10 people in a school or district got the experimental injection that does not prevent infection or spread (and may make it more likely and potentially more severe), they can stop doing something else meaningless?
Cloth and medical masks don’t stop viruses, never did, and are with rare exceptions, unhealthier for kids than the damn Rona. A situation the experts made worse when they vaccinated them, making them more susceptible than they were before they got The Jab™.
We got a useless vaccine that required recipients to wear the useless mask, which Vermont is now saying you no longer need if enough of you got the meaningless vaccination.

This passes for public health policy in the Green Mountain State.
In Vermont’s Defense, the Governor of NH is still pimping The Jab™ and letting districts harm kids with useless masks. And while he stopped his statewide mandates, he objects to legislative efforts to ensure communities statewide cannot impose mask mandates (leaving it up to parents and kids to decide).
This is a ridiculous position for a pandemic pimp like Sununu to take.
If masks work, only people who think they are at risk need them. If they don’t work, allowing people to go without them makes no difference.
But that’s not the policy until (at least in Vermont) 80% of people have accepted an experimental drug that doesn’t stop infection or spread.
And all of this is passed off as public health policy.
