It’s always nice to hop in the Wayback Machine and revisit the science before it was political science. Get some perspective. Take masking. Back in May of 2020, the CDC’s EID Journal reported that 14 controlled studies demonstrated that face masks “did not support a substantial effect on transmission.”
That means you are just as safe without them as with, more or less.
Although mechanistic studies support the potential effect of hand hygiene or face masks, evidence from 14 randomized controlled trials of these measures did not support a substantial effect on transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza. We similarly found limited evidence on the effectiveness of improved hygiene and environmental cleaning. We identified several major knowledge gaps requiring further research, most fundamentally an improved characterization of the modes of person-to-person transmission.
We know that a few of them ginned up some “papers” to suggest masks do work. Just ask anyone who feels compelled to make you wear one. And then ask them about the HCQ “paper” from Surgipshere It appeared in a peer-reviewed journal in time to sell the story the COVID Cult wanted, and when challenged, the paper got pulled, and Surgisphere ceased to exist.

Masks are less invasive but still fraught with issues, especially the kids whose lives have been marked by the fanatics in the public health Gestapo A problem they are trying to solve.

And masks work, that’s what they’ll say, except they don’t and never did, and even the CDD knows it.
But they, like Tigger, are getting seasick, “from… [gulps] seeing too much.” Or, more likely, from us seeing too much and asking the wrong questions like, if you knew masks wouldn’t “support a substantial effect on transmission,” why’d you tell everyone they would?
