Americans have been accused of being involved in insurrection for merely supporting President Trump. Those who traveled to the Capital on January 6, 2021 and were involved in lawless behavior have been sought out and jailed.
Others who just stood outside and watched were investigated and some were jailed or fired for merely being there even if they did not participate.
The Democrats have worn out the wrongly used term “insurrection” on that event. The Propagandist Media on the left which consists of almost every major news network still uses the term “insurrection.” At times they define the term but wrongly apply it to what was done.

Now comes the revelation that our Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff (CJCS) General Milley conspired with other top members of our military and with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi to overthrow President Trump. By stripping him of his ability to function as the Commander in Chief of our military and to fulfill his obligations as President.
Milley met with other brass in the military and ordered them to follow his orders and to ignore President Trump, who by the way is the Senior Commander of all of our Nation’s military forces.
Make no mistake this was a Coup de tat and those involved who did not keep their oath to the Constitution and follow the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) are co-conspirators in that coup.
In military terms, this would be deemed a mutiny and punishable by court-martial. General Milley went a few steps further and contacted his counterpart in communist China and made statements and promises that are illegal and there is no way to excuse them as many on the left are now scrambling to do.
We have a Constitution for a reason as well as a chain of command for a reason and these are not to be ignored or dishonored because any one person thinks the “ends justify the means.” All who were involved in this activity to include Pelosi are guilty of insurrection or quite possibly treason.
It seems that the left has continually accused President Trump and those who support him of doing exactly what THEY are doing. This is what the Communists do and have done since their inception.
America seems to be split nearly in half one side (the left) thinks that the laws and our Constitution do not apply to them and the other side believes those laws and our Constitution applies to everyone on an equal basis. Now we’ll see what happens if anyone involved in Milley’s insurrection conspiracy otherwise known as a coup de tat is prosecuted.
It may be up to some States to prosecute this when the State’s National Guard is activated and Milley or the President have control of them in certain instances. This coup would have affected the command of the Guard.
We are in the fight for our Nation’s life and for our Republic.
