Some good news to wake up with. NH activist Jerry Delemus is getting an early release from jail. He was targeted and strong-armed into a plea deal related to his presence at the Bundy Ranch during the standoff with the FBI in 2014. Jerry will be coming home on November 9th.
Jerry, and dozens of other patriots, saw the writing on the wall. The government wanted the Bundy family off their land, and they were not leaving. In the spring of 2014, they went to Nevada to help guard the family and protect the land.

We interviewed Jerry before the standoff ended peacefully, while he was on the ground, in Nevada, and before he was targeted by Obama’s DoJ. You can find that 40-minute interview here.
It has become clear since then that the FBI was probably fully prepared to turn the Bundy Ranch into another Ruby Ridge or Waco to achieve the government’s objectives. The presence of Jerry and a militia of armed law-abiding citizens may be the only thing that prevented the execution of women and children on that property.
Jerry and others were later arrested for this and similar efforts (to protect property rights) in other states, but the courts eventually tossed all of those cases. It seems the DoJ and FBI were not very forthcoming about their operations or motivations.
The government, lying? No!
Sadly, Jerry had already been convinced to sign a plea agreement and ended up in jail.
Efforts to extricate him since were unsuccessful. But it has been announced that he will be released this fall, and we look forward to seeing him again.
Note: GraniteGrok.com has published several letters to the editor from Jerry while he was incarcerated.
