One Social Worker Charged With 134 Counts of Election Fraud

An assisted living center employee has been charged with 134 counts of election fraud. Kelly Reagan Brunner registered 67 mentally impaired patients at the center without their or their family’s consent and then voted for them.

Brunner gets charged for 67 illegal registrations and casting 67 illegal ballots. Many for people who are legally eligible to vote because they have “been declared totally mentally incapacitated by a court.”

The Texas Attorney General’s Office’s Election Fraud Unit assisted the Limestone County Sheriff and District Attorney in charging Kelly Reagan Brunner.

If convicted, Brunner faces up to 10 years in prison for the alleged offenses.

As Jazz at HotAir reminds us,

Kelly Reagan Brunner was just one person who happened to get caught. How many more stories like this one are out there? Just this week we learned that as many as 25,000 residents of various Pennsylvania nursing homes all requested mail-in ballots at the same time. What are the odds of that?

And how many people’s votes were harvested in exchange for cash by Democrat operatives like those working for Ilhan Omar in Minneapolis.

But hey – nothing to see here, just whistle past the ballot box and move along.

Not happening. And Democrats are to blame for what will be a Trump victory. Democrats did everything they could to look guilty of fraud. They did too much in too many places for too long. So much so that the average American, confronted by the evidence, would conclude that the election is tainted beyond any means of reconciliation.

I find it hard to believe the Supreme Court will not see that as well.

We cannot hold the election over, and recounts at least in swing states will not resolve the matter because illegal ballots have been mixed with legal votes.

The likely outcome, assuming Trump is not somehow victorious despite all this fraud, is to put the vote to the floor of the US House where Republicans have an advantage. Each state gets one vote. Republicans may not hold a majority of seats (because of Blue States like NY and CA), but they carry a majority of states.

If the Electors cannot be certified, the US House casts 50 votes, which decides the Presidency. Trump wins.

The Senate decides the Vice President.

And, I will continue to harbor the notion that the Left gains more from undermining elections as an institution than simply winning the presidency. While they’d happily take the win, a loss is still a win. The outrage they will direct at a second Trump term will make the summer of riots look like two pigeons fighting over a chicken wing.

They will claim, continuously since they’ve never stopped, that the election is illegitimate, as is Trump, which will fuel their base. They might even blame Russians.

I also feel certain that Biden and Harris will (if they are handed a loss) try to operate their own opposition shadow government.

Just a feeling. Let’s see if I’m getting any better at predictions. I’ve been above average lucky this cycle but there’ no reason to believe that trend will continue.

One thing that will, unless Biden does win, are charges of vote and election fraud. I think we’ll be seeing a lot more of that in the second Trump term (fingers-crossed).
