Every authoritarian movement, including this current medical surveillance police statist movement, needs a scapegoat to keep us afraid. The scapegoat of our time might be those of us who peacefully refuse and resist mandatory masking or shielding.

There are changes underway that the establishment knew we would peacefully resist, and they also knew, as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said on August 29, 2020, in Berlin at Querdenken 711-Stuttgart, “…the only thing a government needs to make people into slaves is fear and if you can figure that out, something to make them scared, you can get them to do anything you want…”.
The pandemic created the fear, and scapegoating will continue to validate the fear. Below are some of the intended changes that are underway, and the tools they may use to accomplish them.
First, look at the World Economic Forum’s “8 predictions for the world in 2030” which may be found online. Two notable predictions are: 1) “You will own nothing and you’ll be happy”, and 2) “The US won’t be the world’s leading superpower”. Do you see these as possible within the current situation?
The World Economic Forum also put out a video called “The Great Reset” in which it claims that “our fragilities exposed” (sic), and “that our systems need a reset”. In 2016 the World Economic Forum gave us a glimpse of what it means to reset our systems.
In a video entitled “What is the Fourth Industrial Revolution?”, they explain “It is characterized by a range of new technologies that are fusing the physical, digital and biological worlds, impacting all disciplines, economies and industries, and even challenging ideas about what it means to be human.” You can learn more about how the World Economic Forum here.
Also, I recommend you look into “Event 201 A Global Pandemic Exercise,” and ask yourself if it is entirely coincidence that “The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise on October 18, 2019, in New York, NY.”
Coincidentally, this exercise happened to simulate a coronavirus pandemic that caused a respiratory illness “with symptoms ranging from mild flu-like signs to severe pneumonia”. Take a look at the “Event 201 Pandemic Exercise: Highlights Reel” on YouTube.
Finally, I urge you to look into “Dark Winter.” This is a report of a Bioterrorism Exercise that was held at Andrews Air Force Base in June 2001.
Coincidentally or forebodingly, Joe Biden dropped the phrase “Dark Winter” when he said we are “about to go into a dark winter”; notably according to Wikipedia, Biden was Chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee at the time the “Dark Winter” simulation was conducted.
And what, you may ask, might they do with divergents, turned scapegoats, if such a “Dark Winter” occurs?
Well, the CDC under their “Global COVID-19” and “Clinical Mitigation” tabs have listed their “Interim Operational Considerations for Implementing the Shielding Approach to Prevent COVID-19 Infections in Humanitarian Settings.”
“The shielding approach aims to reduce the number of severe COVID-19 cases by limiting contact between individuals at higher risk of developing severe disease (“high-risk”) and the general population (“low-risk”).”
This document was updated on July 26, 2020, and “…suggests physically separating high-risk individuals from the general population…”. This document may be viewed here.
In summary, my hypothesis is that we may have been intentionally put into a state of fear to make us more susceptible to a global reset that may want to redefine for us what it means to be human.
That regardless of the outcome of the present elections, there may be a global class of elites who plan to perpetuate the fear until their designs take hold.
Those who oppose the reset and the redefinition of what it means to be human (including but not limited to religious individuals) may be labeled as irrational, backward, a danger to health and safety, and characterized as holding us back from the fourth industrial revolution.
The remedy…scapegoats may be interned.
