Joe Biden lies without accountability. We saw more example of this morally and ethically bankrupt behavior last night. Did you watch the debate last night? We will not hold it against you if you didn’t.
There were some pretty glaring points made. The media these days has stopped reporting. They have shifted focus to censorship. So please, let me convey one observation to you from the performance last night.
The Democratic candidate Joe Biden claimed no one lost their private insurance plans because of Obamacare. That is simply false. At passage of Obamacare it was false and it was false when they implemented it. It is still false today.
Here’s the quote, “The reason why I had such a fight with 20 candidates for the nomination was I support private insurance… Not one single person with private insurance would lose their insurance under my plan, nor did they under Obamacare. They did not lose their insurance unless they chose they wanted to go to something else.”
Past performance, when it continues should tell you something
This is false because more than six million Americans had their individual health care plans canceled when Obamacare took effect in 2013. Most of us had friends and neighbors who lost the healthcare. If you remember, Obamacare forced minimum standard coverage plans. Many of us lost our preferred coverage because they did not meet the Obamacare standards.
The reason for the minimum standards was to try to create a large enough pool of people to make Obamacare actuarially sound. Remember Obama’s often repeated claim that “if you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan”? Politifact called it the Lie of the Year in 2013.
It was false and Obama confirmed it was false when he apologized in an interview that year for the cancellations. Biden’s health care plan calls for adding a “public option” to Obamacare. It plans to give Americans the ability to buy into Medicare regardless of age.
President Donald Trump has criticized it as a form of socialized medicine. It is likely one of the two men is telling the truth. Personally, it seems like Biden does not understand what the truth is. He fails to recognize it when he hears it. Either that or he’s knowingly lying. Pick your reason. Either way the man cannot be trusted to tell the public the truth. Compounding the situation is the fact the media is not holding him accountable.

When Uncle Joe makes you a healthcare promise; it is just more Democrat free stuff to buy your vote. Don’t be taken in. Biden lies without accountability. He will not do what he promises. We have 47 years of evidence to prove it. Don’t let Democrat promises become your pocket full of mumbles.
