When people ask me about the election, I tell them this. If Democrats keep the House and take the Senate, job 1* will be to impeach Trump. Job two will be to impeach Justice Kavanaugh. Job Three will be to vacate Trump’s Federal judiciary.

And Sen. Democrat Chris Coons (D-DE) just proved me right.
Coons said, “[W]e’ve got to have a wide-open conversation about how do we rebalance our courts. Yes, the two Supreme Court [seats] that have been stolen through these processes that are just wildly hypocritical have been used to jam through partisan nominees. But we’ve got to look at our federal courts as a whole, Rachel. Because we’ve seen hundreds of conservative judges put on circuit courts and district courts all over this country in the last four years, in many cases, too young, too unqualified, and too far right to be allowed to sit peaceably without our re-examining the process, the results, and the consequences.”
If Democrats don’t like the cut of your jib, you can get on their bus (and stay there) or get run over by it.

And like it or not, Republicans and President Trump did not stuff a court, impeach a judge, or displace or remove Obama appointees. They filled naturally occurring vacancies using the processes outlined by law.
Coons, by confirming my theory, suggests that none of that matters if Democrats get a majority. They will use whatever means they have at their disposal, and we know this includes riots, mob intimidation, cancel culture, and well, cancel culture at the political level.
Not constitutional law, or the rule of law, but Democrat Party Law. And that is socialism. One-party rule, one-party power, no exceptions, resistance is futile (or “useless,” depending on your Sci-Fi preferences).
This Democrat dystopian tyranny has only one cure. Vote Republican.
*Note: If Biden wins, Job 1 is probably yo put Joe Biden out to pasture (and Hunter with him).
