He’s right – WHY would we want to hand over our kids to be educated by those that DON’T WANT TO BE THERE? These same folks that have not only said that they don’t want to be there educationally but are making demands that have NOTHING to do with education but have EVERYTHING to do with moving the Socialist Agenda that much closer to completion?
There may be a contract between School Districts and the unions but it is time, IF School Boards are supposed to be representative of their voters (instead of being a captured feature of the unions), they’d basically say “we are paying you to do a job – don’t want to do the job? Quit or be fired”. None of this “collegiality” or “academia” schtick – this is straight forward employer / employee where the Parents have, indirectly, hired others to do the responsibility for turning these little barbarians into reasoning citizens.
Fire them, then hand the money back to the Parents (which the Parents and other taxpayers had taken from them) and say “The Responsibility is now your’s again. We’re done”).
