Carlos Cardona is a Shameless Liar

So back in March, I posted LOCK HIM UP – Carlos Cardona Should Be Incarcerated, which mocked Democrats in general and Cardona in particular for treating biological sex as an artificial construct.

More specifically, I seized upon a tweet by Cardona calling Julian Castro the “only Latino running” and went on an obviously tongue-in-cheek rant about “Beto” O’Rourke:

What’s that, Carlos? What? Beto is just a nickname? Just a nickname? Are you kidding me, Carlos? In this day and age?

That is discrimination, Carlos. D I S C R I M A N I T I O N.

What are you going to tell us next? That people with penises can’t be women? That people with vaginas can’t be men?

Don’t be ridiculous. If biology has nothing to do with whether you are a man or a woman —which we now know is indisputable science— then it follows —just as inexorably as Newton’s second law follows the first and precedes the third— that the mere fact that Beto’s ancestors came from Ireland has nothing to do with whether he is an Irishman or a Mexican. All that matters is that Beto believes he is a Mexican. Because Beto believes he is a Mexican, then he gets to be a Mexican.

I ended by saying that Cardona should be in “thought-prison”:

Carlos you belong in a thought-prison, or I suppose a more politic way of putting it would be diversity-training. But whatever you want to call it, you need to be reeducated, Carlos, so that all those bigoted thoughts you are thinking get wiped from your brain. Apologize to Beto, Carlos, and then turn yourself in.

Now with that background, check out this recent tweet from Cardona, claiming the post calls for him to be incarcerated and deported for standing up to “white supremacy:”

The post says NOTHING about actually incarcerating Cardona, never mind deporting Cardona.

As discussed above, the post said Cardona should go to “thought-prison”, which unmistakably refers to undergoing “diversity training”, which by the way Democrats are always demanding for the non-woke.

So, it’s a LIE for Cardona to tweet that Granite Grok called for his actual incarceration … never mind deportation, a term which never appears in the post. It’s particularly shameless that Cardona added the deportation LIE because he’s clearly playing the “Im a victim,” identity politics card – they’re going after me because I’m Latino; they think all Latinos are illegal … blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
