With Economy Booming Trump GOP Challenger Promises NH He Will be “The Opposite of Donald Trump”

If you cloister yourself with wing-nuts and Never-Trumpers there is no world in which you live where hating this President is not normal. But most of America isn’t there so don’t be surprised when you get the side-eye over things like this.

“To beat Trump, we need the opposite of Trump, and Michael [Bennet] represents that in every way,” Bennet campaign spokeswoman Shannon Beckham said in a statement. “People who are exhausted by the daily circus in the White House are looking for a candidate who will return things back to normal and start to make progress for their families.”

That’s the sentiment behind a 60-second Michael Bennet for President ad running in the Granite State.

I will try to make this quick and painless.

Trump is popular among voters because he is not Michael Bennet, or John McCain, or Bill Kristol, or George Bush. Instead of laying down for the ruling class he fights back. A tactic that our would-be-betters have labeled as exhausting.

And for them, it has been exhausting, but for most of everyday America, it is part of the greatest economic boom of their generation and perhaps modern US history. Especially here in New Hampshire.

The overwhelming success of the Trump agenda is especially pronounced in New Hampshire, which boasts one of America’s healthiest labor markets. As of October, the Granite State’s unemployment rate of 2.6 percent is the fourth lowest in the entire country. One decade ago? That unemployment rate surpassed six percent. During the same period, New Hampshire’s labor force expanded from about 745,000 employees to well over 770,000 workers.
Even more importantly, the state’s newfound prosperity cuts across multiple economic sectors. Under President Trump, construction, manufacturing, and utilities have all trended up–way up. This has led to an unprecedented increase in economic output, from $78.5 billion in 2016 to nearly $84.5 billion last year.

If you are looking to tap into the 827 Bill Weld supporters in the Granite State (some of whom may actually be Massachusetts residents registered in New Hampshire) you might have a chance. But I should warn you. These are likely to be the same people who sign up as Republicans for Shaheen. The Democrat US Senator from DC appointed by her Party to negotiate the terms of our surrender to the Deep State you are campaigning to return to prominence.

That’s what you are selling and good luck with that, but your donors should know they would have gotten more “energy” if they’d just burned their money.
