AND SO I BEGIN…
It’s been some years since I attended any NHGOP events. This absence has been a combination of both having higher priorities – family, for a large part – but also the fact that the last few GOP events I attended were dripping with utter spinelessness in the face of the enemy Left.
At one meeting there was a discussion of how to highlight the rampant absenteeism of the various Democrat state reps; I proposed several suggestions which were enthusiastically seized on by the working subgroup I was in – but when these were presented to the “bigwigs” there, a snidely dismissive “we’ll consider them” was the response. These would have been simple ads, eliciting a visceral and emotional response to the record of the Democrat reps being targeted – but they were squelched.
Another time we were discussing the bias in the media and the state bigwig said “We’ll put out a press release protesting media bias”. Seriously? We’re facing an uphill battle which includes a strong enemedia headwind against us, and the first thing that comes to mind is putting out a press release protesting this to the very agents we’re protesting and counting on them to treat that protest fairly? From what turnip truck did you fall?
It was at one of these events that I met Jennifer, and I see things have not changed since: NH GOP elites still aren’t in it to win it. This conclusion is supported by the experiences that Jihad Watch founder and Islam scholar Robert Spencer had when speaking in New Hampshire recently; “Time to accept failure”: Republicans aren’t just losing. They’re not even playing the game. (bolding added):
What was far worse was the cowardly response on the Republican side. Instead of investigating the false charges being made about me, discovering I wasn’t really any of the things that were being said, and standing up for the freedom of speech, all too many Republicans were ready to kowtow and do everything the Democrats wanted. Sullivan County Republican Committee Chairman Keith Hanson, who invited me in the first place, stood firm and kept finding new venues when one would cancel, but some prominent local Republicans stood. Hanson picked me up at the airport and drove me to the venue, and on the way told me about how the Democrats had gerrymandered themselves into total control of Vermont and were trying to do the same thing in New Hampshire; in response, Republicans are doing nothing. They don’t seem to realize or care what is happening, and have ceded all the initiative and control of the narrative to the Democrats.
And now I read this about you, Jennifer; Former NHGOP chair joins national ‘Never Trumpers’ in launch of anti-Trump super PAC:
“Patriotism and the survival of our nation in the face of the crimes, corruption and corrosive nature of Donald Trump are a higher calling than mere politics. As Americans, we must stem the damage he and his followers are doing to the rule of law, the Constitution and the American character.”
You have the Democrats who, to get Trump, have made a mockery of the Rule of Law with secret witnesses, hearsay evidence, a presumption of guilty-until-proven-innocent, and a process that would make kangaroo courts in banana republics blush in embarrassment… but you cite the Rule of Law not to attack Democrats, but President Trump. Democrats have been raping the Constitution for decades and are brazen hypocrites on sexual harassment, racism, corruption, weakening America, overt quid pro quos, violations of national security, etc., but those don’t get your back up; Donald Trump’s uncouth behavior does. Listening to you wail about Trump in the face of Democrat actions across decades is like listening to a porn star lecturing on chastity, fidelity, and modesty: you lack any standing to be taken seriously now.
And then I read this quote, below (from the link above) and think of Saul Alinsky… specifically, Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules:

Sorry, Jennifer, you’re being played – rising to Lenin’s Useful Idiot… and you don’t seem to care.
I didn’t vote for Trump because he was a choir boy – I voted for a bar brawler with the cojones to fight at the same level, if not even dirtier. Why? Because I and millions of others are tired of taking the high path and losing on it when the Left is in it to win it – and, worse, actually winning it. Others agree; He Fights (bolding added):

So, to my friends on the Left – and the #NeverTrumpers as well — do I wish we lived in a time when our president could be “collegial” and “dignified” and “proper”? Of course I do. These aren’t those times. This is war. And it’s a war that the Left has been fighting without opposition for the past 50 years.
So, say anything you want about this president – I get it, he can be vulgar, he can be crude, he can be undignified at times. I don’t care. I can’t spare this man. He fights.
Give us the House, you GOP Elites said. So we did… and you did nothing. Give us the Senate too, you said. We did… and you did nothing. Give us the White House too, you said. And we did… and what did you GOP Elites do? Not just nothing – you actively dug in your heels to oppose Trump when we had the White House, House, and Senate for two whole years and could have started to roll the Left back. If you RINOs were all secret Democrat moles, what would you have done differently?
THE WORLD HAS CHANGED
In the oft-cited relationship between President Reagan and Speaker Tip O’Neil, they’d fight but – and the end of the day – they’d laugh and socialize because they knew, deep down, they both loved America. Those days are gone. Today’s Left hates America; they hate us and want us destroyed. We’ve seen how there really is a Ruling Class who want to see us subjugated so they can rule us; Donald Trump was elected to break the elite. Of course they want to impeach him:
So here we are, headed for a rushed, hyper-partisan (and futile) exercise put on by the very elites Trump railed against to get himself elected in the first place. But for all the relief they might feel in finally striking this blow against Donald Trump, I wonder: have these Trump opponents even considered what this impeachment signals to the American people?
That partisanship is more important than policymaking? That House Democrats have no confidence in their party’s ability to beat Donald Trump in an election?
And, perhaps most alarmingly, that impeachment — once reserved for the gravest of situations — is now just another tool to inflict damage on their political opponents.

Surprising? Not really. Murkowski has quite a reputation to uphold as, as Mark Levin rightfully puts it, “one of the Democrat Party-media’s reliably favorite GOP senators.”
Just like “Maverick” McCain was… until he opposed Barackus in 2008 and became The Enemy. After he lost, of course, he was given strange new respect as he sabotaged “W” time and again, and worked against Trump until his passing. He’s the reason we still have the clusterfark called Obamacare. But as long as he got lauded, he was good with that.

And that’s the real reason you’re a NeverTrumper, isn’t it, Jennifer? You like the limelight. You like the fawning enemedia attention praising you – like McCain got, and Murkowski is getting, and useful idiots like Richard Painter and Jeff Flake and others get. NeverTrumpers have been spurned by the GOP base as – at best – useless tools pretending to work for us while the Left steamrollers us, and your egos can’t handle the rejection. You’re ready to embrace the other side to get Trump, fueled by the incandescent spite of a jilted lover; from the link about your new PAC, above:

As of now, the Democrats seem most likely to put up Bernie Sanders as their nominee; it’s indisputable that the Democrats are now just Left, Socialist Left, and Communist Left. You pine for Reagan-like civility? He fought Communists and won – and you’d contemplate helping a Communist win now? Over a man who is trying to secure our border as the Left’s already-in-place plan to create a permanent “D” population through immigration is bearing fruit and which will be dialed to 11 if they win again), supporting Israel as the Left embraces Jew-hatred whole-hog, who lowers taxes and reduces regulations so that our economy booms again? You’d rather embrace the hard Left in preference over a man who is stopping abortion, shrinking government, opposing Socialism, reducing/stopping the flow of refugees that have turned Europe into an ever-metastasizing neo-Caliphate and free-rape zone, recognizes Islam as a civilizational-level threat, is making NATO pay its defense obligations, is pulling us back from the fraudulent climate change insanity, and in general is achieving more to not just say STOP but actually PUSH BACK against the Left than all you effete snobs put together have done… evah?
And if, through a brokered convention, the Democrats re-nominate Her Heinous the Crone of Chappaqua, a woman who let our men die in Benghazi and lied to cover that up, a woman who is ineligible for federal office per statute? Would you support her over Trump, thus giving open lie to your purported affection for the Rule of Law? And all because why? Because Trump offends your delicate sensibilities?
The Republican Base is over you and, having seen your true colors, we’re never coming back. You’re embarrassing yourself. You’re the 3 AM drunk phone call pleading for one more chance.
Just go away already, Jennifer.
IF THE LEFT WINS
In the Socialist Left we face a domestic enemy that is committed to our total destruction – the subjugation of the entirety of the Great Experiment to Socialism, an ideology that has murdered over 100 million citizens globally. And you would give aid and comfort to these people to preserve your invitations to the cocktail parties and fawning media interviews? If the Left wins, America, the Constitution, indeed the entirety of Western Civilization – absent that central pillar of America – are DONE. Hope you enjoy camping after they win (bolding added, clarifying addition in []):

Time to study up on what awaits you and all your female descendants under Sharia – and get familiar with the Islamic doctrine of “captive of the right hand” to which you will, doubtless, be subjected.
In either case – whether we end in an ascendant Communist state or an Islamic one – I wonder how your 30 pieces of Democrat silver will spend.
