Party Line Vote: US House Resolves Something About Impeachment or Something

As noted yesterday, a formal impeachment vote was not taken today. This vote was something else. Possibly the end of some political careers. Not Trumps, Lord no.

On a party-line vote today–two Democrats voted against it and suckweasel Justin Amash voted for it–the House created rules governing the inquiry that will eventually lead to an impeachment vote on President Trump.

That’s about as clear of a description as you need

“…while impeachment is a political act, in stable governments impeachment is reserved for actions, criminal or otherwise, that are nearly universally agreed upon as being inconsistent with holding an office. This vote demonstrates that it is simply an act of raw partisanship by political party to overturn the results of an election AFTER the soft coup engineered by that same political party imploded.”

The circus has given itself an encore. The clowns still have complete control of the nationally televised event, until the “proceedings” reach the Judiciary Committee. At that point, if it ever gets to that point,  the president will be granted some due process rights.

The Kangaroos are still running the court.
