Does it seem fair? Does it seem above board? Why are we getting snippets of leaks from a presidential impeachment hearing? Why are the hearings not open? How can they believe they can remove POTUS without allowing public review of the actual transcripts of the impeachment investigation hearings?
How is this transparent? Why doesn’t this have a live feed? Does the nation somehow not care? Is this an unimportant event? What are these Dumb-o-crats covering up?
The appearance
Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson was called to testify. He appeared before what is increasingly looking like Schiff’s Kangaroo Court. After he appeared we are left with more questions than answers. He was unable to account for the 18-day window between the phone call and when the complaint was filed.
“Sources familiar with Atkinson’s closed-door, transcribed interview Friday with members of the House Intelligence Committee also noted that Atkinson said the whistleblower did not disclose the contact – during that 18-day window – with Schiff’s office, as Fox News first reported Friday. Sources said Atkinson testified that the whistleblower, in filing the complaint, left “blank” a section in which he or she could have disclosed that congressional contact.
What are we hiding?
Republicans have criticized Schiff for not initially revealing the committee’s early contact with the whistleblower, with President Trump going so far as to allege that Schiff may have “helped write” the complaint. GOP Rep. John Ratcliffe said there is an inherent conflict because the only entities that can explain the contact are Schiff and his Democratic staff, who are also running the investigation.”
The whistleblower’s partisan ties were addressed the person is “a registered Democrat and had a prior working relationship with a prominent Democratic politician”. Kind of sounds like another Blazey-Ford deal where no one remembers anything and cannot testify to anything that can be verified by anyone or corroborated by anything. Her we go again. More guilty until proven innocent.
Conclusion
The impartiality of this entire investigation is questionable. The ICIG used to work for Mueller’s chief of staff John Carlin. Atkinson was the senior legal counsel to John Carlin and Mary McCord who were the former heads of the DoJ-NSD. That was back in 2016 when the stop Trump operation was underway as per T. Verhaggen. The opposition party is moving to impeach with second hand information after closed door hearings… It tells us something. Do you know what?
