Why Do We Now Need Police at the Nashua Board Of Education Meetings?

I have a small mountain of content to share regarding the Nashua Board of Education Clown Car, but this story will only take a minute.

After the JROTC marksmanship practice dust-up, a member of the board brought some sporting equipment to a meeting. The point was that there are plenty of other team sports allowed on campus. One of those sports is baseball.

Board President Heather Raymond has asked that Nashua Police be present at the next meeting. She shared this nugget on a Nashua Politics Facebook group. Why? Someone brought a baseball bat to a previous meeting (at which police were present).

So, what’s Raymond on about? Drama? Theatrics? How many of Nashua’s finest does she need to create a safe space?

If they are really that ‘scary,’ perhaps the board should vote to force all “bat-related” team sports off campus as well? Make Nashua North a Bat Free Zone.
