The “Young” (I suppose that it is a sign of the times that “young” means up to 40 years old) Democrats subsequently deleted this tweet. But it speaks volumes about the Mayor Joyce campaign.
If you dare question Mayor Joyce’s narrative that she has personally turned Manchester into Disneyland from the Tijuana that it was when she was elected, which included inventing the Taco Tour, then you are an a**hole.
The truth is that Mayor Joyce did not invent the Taco Tour (it started when Ted Gatsas was Mayor), and that Elm Street with its ubiquitous homeless and junkies resembles Tijuana a lot more than it resembles Disneyland. Perhaps that is why the Manchester Young Democrats are so unhinged.
I suspect that may be part of it. But I think they really believe that anyone who does not believe the same stuff their leaders have indoctrinated them with are evil and -well- a**holes.
