My initial takeaway from this story about Anti-Semite Linda Sarsour (Women’s March) is that you can’t care about Muslims and care about Jews. She admits to being triggered by people offering condolences to the families of those killed in New Zealand after inciting a mob (or so she claims) against Ilhan Omar.
“I am triggered by those who piled on Representative Ilhan Omar and incited a hate mob against her until she got assassination threats now giving condolences to our community. What we need you to do is reflect on how you contribute to Islamophobia and stop doing that,”
Sarsour has come under fire for her anti-semitic remarks and associations. As if her support for antisemites is not a threat to the lives of Jews. As if her support for liberal bomb-throwers isn’t a threat to the lives of anyone who disagrees with them or her politically.
You Have More In Common With the Christchurch Murderer than Mr. Trump
In a free society, people are going to say harsh things with which we all disagree. Some may consider taking that rhetoric to a new level, and others may feel compelled to act on that.
We’re not all complicit in the decisions of other individuals or even groups.
And isn’t the case for the defense of ‘Moderate Muslims?’
We can’t hold them to account for Islamofascists acting on an incorrect interpretation of the Q’uran or Sharia. The war, the conflict, and mass murder, including any antisemitism or a desire to wipe out Jews and all of Isreal.
Why do you have a right to be triggered, but Jews must sit idly by while you and Ilhan Omar causally broker in main-streaming antisemitism? A practice tied to the actual slaughter of millions of actual Jews.
Speaking of which, African Muslims are killing African Muslims. They are killing Christians: not threats but actual murder. The victims are all people of color. Victims cleansed for failing to follow the proper interpretation of Islam.
Which, by the way, has more in common with white-supremacy and even
Democrat socialism than it does the Constitutional Republic. They all advocate force to suppress free speech, free association, and religious liberty. The Constitutional Republic is based on providing limited authority to the state to use force to protect the individual right to those things. To have differences. To disagree.
Sorry, did saying “Constitutional Republic” trigger you?
