Former New Hampshire US Senator Gordon Humphry is unhappy. The former Republican (he’s an I now not an R), is shacking up with some strange ideological bedfellows. He has embraced Democrat Tom Steyer and NH House Progressive Alliance leader Democrat Ellen Read.
Sen. Humphrey was always a Never Trumper, but now he is volunteering to help Billionaire Democrat Tom Steyer’s Impeach Trump extravaganza. And according to local reporting, Humphry,
“is also collaborating with state Rep. Ellen Read, D-Newmarket, chair of the House Progressive Alliance, to encourage the state House and Senate to consider a resolution calling on the U.S. House to begin impeachment proceedings against Trump, rather than waiting for special counsel Robert Mueller’s report.”
Steyer has admittedly tried to buy the United States Senate for Democrats. He has dumped billions into states, including millions into New Hampshire, to foment liberal shenanigans. That includes dangerous and unnecessary climate cult policies, funding and supporting Democrats who support killing infants at birth, the destruction of Federalism, and encouraging out-of-state students to steal your votes.
From Pro-Liberty to This?
I have met the Senator. I like the man. He was always well regarded and well respected. But I’m not married to him. So, with all due respect, what the heck are you thinking?
Even if Mr. Trump were all of the things people say and more the Democrats you are enabling and validating here are actual threats to liberty. Their goal is to destroy the Constitutional Republic, forever, because it interferes with their ability to abuse government power to control the people.
This is Trump Derangement Syndrome on a whole new scale.
I will say this. Thank you for leaving the Republican Party before taking leave of your senses. At least you did us that favor.
And say hi to Bernie Sanders for me, now that you are both Independents, it sounds like you have some of the same priorities.
