And why is it? Easy.
ANYTHING that presents a challenge to the power or primacy of The State must be downrated, stigmatized, made to be of no account “in our modern society, and defeated. The idea of the Nation-State (e.g., Open Borders), the traditional family, religion; all present power centers that Socialism cannot allow to exist. Knowing that Democrats are now openly and eagerly embracing the Socialistic outlook that the rest of us know since, well, forever, expect more of this.
And it isn’t just about being anti-Catholic – it is about the Catholicism that won’t march with Progressivism. And it isn’t limited to Catholicism – Evangelical Protestant Christian are also in their cross-hairs because our faith in a Higher Power and a refusal to trade faith based absolute values to the ever changing relativism of the Left brands us as traitors that must be dealt with.
There can only be ONE Religion and its name is Progressivism.
But I do have a question – how come Progressives don’t treat Muslims the same way?
