Student protesters reacted predictably when “racist graffiti” was discovered on their campus. In keeping with the kind of education provided at institutions of “higher” learning. “White supremacists are getting bold under President Trump.” The only problem? The perpetrator was a black student who directed the racism at (drumroll please) himself.

A black college lacrosse player has been arrested in connection with two incidents of racist graffiti found in a dorm on the Goucher College campus in Maryland.
Fynn Ajani Arthur, a 21-year-old from Brunswick, Maine, was charged with two counts of malicious destruction of property on Thursday night in Baltimore County.
His arrest came after graffiti aimed at black and Latino students were found on the second floor of a campus dorm, one floor above where similar graffiti had been found on November 14, Goucher College administrators said in a statement.
Students reported being afraid to walk on their own campus. How do they feel now?
Hoax hate crimes are not just common but so frequent as to be damaging. Much like the fake rape claims, these efforts to find fame, attention, or perhaps even infamy, damage public perception, and credibility for actual victims.
Thursday’s graffiti depicted swastikas, the letters ‘KKK’ and appeared to include the last names of four black students, including Arthur. The previous graffiti reportedly said all ‘n*****s’ on campus would be killed.
The immediate reaction was to blame Donald Trump
“We are demonstrating today to ask Goucher (College) to be accountable,” said JaVaunte Neumann, 21, a junior majoring in political science. “I’ve seen white supremacy be tolerated. Now, students are angry. White supremacists are getting pretty bold now with Donald Trump as president. We are at the point where we can’t wait for the administration or Baltimore County Police.”
No one is surprised by that but it does clarify where the “protesters” stand politically. They are Kool-Aid® drinking members of the zombie party.
And now a few words about “Escalation.”
Hoax-racism is real. It is also a real crime. A category of crime that has escalated. Exponentially since mostly-white America elected a black president (twice). A president who chose to poison the well for political gain. And while hoax-racism (and sexual bigotry) crimes are prevalent, the one thing that has escalated since Mr. Trump was elected is violence from the left. It can even be argued that e was elected in part because of it.
Occupy Wall Street turned violent. Black Lives Matter turned Violent. Antifa has always been violent. Campus protests (pre and post-Trump) turn violent. Mobs are a feature of the left from the anti-globalists (who are actually pushing global socialism) to students saying things like “We are at the point where we can’t wait..” for blank.
The problem, for most of these students, is that they may have no idea what actual uncontrolled violence looks like. A real riot. An attack over which you find you have no control. No professors, experts, police, or security to defend you from reprisals for your actions.
Real racism. Real rape. These things are serious — situations that rapidly elevate outside your scope of understanding and very likely your skillset.
In other words, you have no idea. None. And your constant overreactions belittle real victims.
Privilege thy name is Goucher…
Goucher College is a private liberal arts college. It costs $42,000.00 a year to attend. For contrast, Dartmouth is $49,500.00. Goucher is not Ivy league, but it is expensive. It is arguably, exclusive. Not just anyone can (afford) to go.
It has just over 1400 undergrads and 700 graduate students. And yet the level of education is no different than that attained at more affordable state schools.
Arthur’s parents told the judge this behavior is totally out of character.
The 21-year old is entirely in character for someone steeped in the social justice rhetoric of almost any modern campus. There is nothing new or exceptional about this. He is a product of his higher education. Arthur’s parents are just paying more for that “degree” in ‘liberal privilege.’
A “documented degree program” now that Arthur, who thought he’d get some attention committing a hate crime against himself, has been charged with two counts of malicious destruction of property. It’s not enough.
