With 6,000 pages of evidence from a whistleblower and the testimony of players inside the organization “the vast right-wing conspiracy” has nothing on the IRS and the FBI when it comes to the Clinton Foundation.
That evidence was assembled by a private firm called MDA Analytics LLC, run by accomplished ex-federal criminal investigators, who alleged the Clinton Foundation engaged in illegal activities and may be liable for millions of dollars in delinquent taxes and penalties.
A wide-ranging investigation has been underway for some time. With a House subcommittee hearing about to begin next week. The Clinton’s and their defenders will fall back on this being nothing but a political attack. Given that the Clinton’s corruption appears to be political, they can probably work with that.
[There are] serious concerns about legal compliance, improper commingling of personal and charity business and “quid pro quo” promises made to donors while Hillary Clinton was secretary of State.
The submission also cites an interview its investigators conducted with Andrew Kessel that quotes the foundation’s longtime chief financial officer as saying he was unable to stop former President Clinton from “commingling” personal business and charitable activities inside the foundation and that he “knows where all the bodies are buried.”

And the House changes hands in a few weeks. You can bet that if this isn’t over and off to DOJ for prosecution, Pelosi and Company will either make it go away or mire it down in procedure while the media runs cover.
It better be a big cover. Hillary and Bill have a lot more to worry about than the IRS.
