LIVE Blogging – er, tweeting

by Skip

Final thought for the night: How would YOU like to lose this bad and then have to face Moochella and say “Happy Anniversary, honey” to her?

OK, I am going to lose the next hour of my live…so be it.  Follow us on Twitter for pithy comments (or snark – you know us!).

Update:  I’ll gather up the tweets.  I think this sums it up: Obama learned that Mitt is no McCain in a debate.

I think that Mitt came across as a happier warrior and Obama scowled a heckova lot tonite.  It is also clear that Mitt knew a whole lot more about the details of the issues than the four year President, Barack Hussein Obama.  Mitt showed he took this far more seriously than Obama.

Listening to the talking heads a bit for snippets of the Channels…

FOX: Heh!  Joe Trippe, Democrat stratagist,  just said “Obama looked like he was sour and that being there was a headache”.  Oh, he’s gonna hear about that from the White House!  Fox reports 4 Million tweets on the debate.

CNN: Stephanie Cutter asked about Obama’s passion: she skips the question altogether.  Hits Romney’s policies.  She’s claiming Romney got testy (and your’s?).

MSNBC: Rachel Madow & Larry O’Donnald – Oh, Mitt rolled both Leherer and Obama.  They keep insisting Mitt is STILL going to do a $5 Trillion tax cut…..stunning!  Larry said he outright LIED!  They take the lowering of rates, but don’t mention the closing of loopholes.  Oh great, Al “race baiter” Sharpton….Mitt LIES tonite.  Maddow complains that the big LIBERAL issues (union, immigration, womens’ rights) were a no show.  But she admits Mitt had a good night! OK that’s enough for MSNBC…time to turn the channel…..

CNBC Lack of energy from the President tonite.

ABC: meh – typical Sunday morning stuff.  Role of govt: Mitt was better (Brazille) and more concise. I always like listening to Jake Tapper (relates that he’s not hearing that obama won).  George Will – IPAB is now going to be THE topic going to the election.

NBC: Romney may have started the process of persuading the folks that hired Obama for President that it is time to fire him. Dave Gregory – Obama didn’t come out strong  but will be far different in the next debate.  Samatha – Prez didn’t lay out what the next 4 years will be.
