This Thursday, October 4th, at 1:00Pm Judge John Lewis, husband of Democrat donor Cindy Lewis, and the judge who signed off on the ACLU’s “please suspend the domicile rules for the November election so we can stuff ballot boxes with out of state votes for President, governor, and that nasty constitutional amendment that would ban an income tax“…will hear motions to intervene on the case.
Motions were being handed in within moments of Judge Lewis having signed off (a bit too quickly) on the ACLU’s desired language on the decision. Since then the New Hampshire Secretary of State has come out against the Judges ruling and the NH AG has come forward to challenge it as well. Ed Mosca, a lawyer representing the Republican House leadership will also be on hand.
This ties directly to voter ID, as these domicile rules directly affect whether you need to commit to being domiciled in the state to vote here. The hearing is October 4th, at 1:00pm, Strafford County Superior Court. If you go, be supportive but polite.
